"Amazing product for managing marketing agencies and more"

What do you like best about SpotSource?

SpotSource is an amazing internal marketplace to organize and bring together all the marketing agencies, design firms, and other service providers from across our company worldwide.

It is extremely easy to use. They do onboarding sessions but it is really intuitive.

I can now search for the right agency, start a project (or bid), write a brief, invite my team and agency to collaborate, create a PO, work on the project, release the PO for payment, and close out the project. Oh, and of course the agency posts a case study of the work, I post a review, and all of it is searchable internally.

Big companies have needed something like this for a long time. No more spreadsheets! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpotSource?

Every once in awhile, I miss my supplier spreadsheets... no I don't. I really love this product. Though it is a startup, they move fast and are very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SpotSource solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can now actually search all our marketing agencies, make sure they are a fit for the project, and start work with them. It saves time, money, and brings visibility that is critical to compete. "Fantastic Agency Management Software for Large Companies"

What do you like best about SpotSource?

It brings your roster of marketing and design agencies to life, giving users across your company one unified view of the agencies. Having contract, risk management, project case study references, reviews, and more all in one place is amazing. It saves us a lot of time.

Plus, the agencies log in to update a lot of their company information, the case studies they have done for us, and keep their key contact information up to date. This keeps it engaging and helps colleagues assess their creative fit in a more robust way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SpotSource?
