SpotSource acts as the operating system for finding, managing, and starting projects/bids with a company's suppliers. If you are a large company and have rolled SpotSource out across a department's suppliers, such as for Marketing, then all of your marketers and marketing procurement team members can not only see detailed data about all your suppliers, they have access to data-driven insights on who will be the best fit for certain types of work going forward.

Your users can see historical work, know who has worked with suppliers in the past (connecting people in across your organization), and see performance data.

Then, they can start a project or a bid and run it seamlessly inside of your instance of SpotSource. All integrations with your risk management system, ERP, payment systems, allows SpotSource to provide your team with one, unified operating system to get work done faster, with less friction, and full compliance.
