They consistently listen to feedback, add new features, and provide training for these features, such as comparative dashboards to compare AI data from one location to another.

Spot AI is also easy to set up, easy to use, and easily integrates into your business. Even if you have an older DVR, you can connect that to your Spot AI appliance in order to access the footage online.

As an IT Tech, I use the cameras frequently, and reach out to customer support a lot. They are always readily available to help and always come up with solutions to fix the issues in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Spot AI can be a bit expensive, but a lot of the features make up for this.

Would be nice to have a built-in DHCP router in the Spot Appliance itself.

Utilizing multi-platform layouts it has never been as easy to access the information to share with the team on a daily hourly basis. The software also hosts video feeds for easy sharing where file size causes issues and makes it difficult to do business at times.
