They make it so easy and effortless to use that we are able to make quick decisions and understand our business in such a powerful way that I get hours back in my day! **What problems is Spontivly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Taking complex and disparate data sets and helping me and my entire organization be able to make fully informed decisions and see our actions and traction more clearly ### 2. You will have all of your integrations connected to start building dashboards within minutes. The Spontivly team is incredibly friendly, responsive, and communicative. If there is ever an issue, it's been resolved within 24 hours. The price point is unbeatable. On our budget, I could have never imagined that our team would have access to such clean insights to inform data-driven decisions. **What do you dislike about Spontivly?** The only downside of Spontivly is that it's still a new product. As a result, not everything is perfect all the time. Updates come quick and if there ever are issues, their team handles it immediately. **What problems is Spontivly solving and how is that benefiting you?** Spontivly allows our team to easily access and analyze data in one centralized location. I didn't think we would have access to some of the data we now have without employing a data engineer. ### 3. Transformed understanding of our network and activity! The data visualization tools are truly top-notch, allowing me to easily identify trends and patterns in my data. This results in increased community engagement, a key KPI for our org. **What do you dislike about Spontivly?** The profile management can be a little tricky, but the support team is great. As it is a growing product this is not a major issue once implemented at the beginning. **What problems is Spontivly solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had a problem unifying the data points between different activities of individuals across our network. Now we can see their engagement with us across various socials, events, and e-commerce.
