(1) We are getting a professional team of creatives and digital marketing experts for far less than it would cost to maintain a team of that level in-house.
(2) They are very flexible. They easily honed strategies and execution based on changes we needed to make to our business early-on.
(3) They quickly learned the intricacies of the tropical fish market and are dead-on in the creative material they are generating.
(4) Their transparent billing model is very much appreciated. This hasn't been the case with other agencies we've worked with and attempting to breakdown the billing with them was a real hassle.
(5) They truly feel like an extension of our team. We have to give a special shoutout to the Splurge Project Manager we work with. Communication is always clear and timely, and we were kept in the loop every step of the way with well-organized milestones/metrics, regular updates, and detailed reports.
