We have an online tropical fish business that sells retail aquarium fish to the public. We needed a rebranding and a more aggressive digital marketing strategy developed and executed to take our sales to the next level. We do not have a large in-house marketing team and the best option was to go with a third-party digital marketing agency that could give us all of the expertise and manpower we needed in digital marketing. Attempting to bring all of that in-house would have been extremely expensive, not to mention, time consuming. Splurge Media has been a real game-changer for us and their team really took the time to understand our brand, our goals/challenges and our market. They delivered a fresh new look and feel for our website that not only looks extremely professional but also offers a much better user experience. The approach is two fold. 1) Use Google to drive leads to the 'new website' they built, and 2) simplify the sign on process to become a client. #1 is solid. #2 is still a work in process and they are partnering in more ways than just marketing to help us uncover the potential reasons for drop off in new clients scheduling services after Google drove them to our site. My company was ending its 3rd year in business when I started working with them last year. The improvement in online visibility and lead creation/conversion is very noticeable. We have had almost a 300% growth in revenue year over year and have gone from 165 clients to over 515. For the first time since I launched my business I had access to experts in every aspect of marketing and that made a huge difference when creating direct mailer post cards, email marketing campaigns, social media campaigns/giveaways,etc. If I learned anything this year is that a good marketing agency specializes in all aspects of marketing since it is important to tell a consistent story across all channels. As a small business, you have a disadvantage against the bigger companies since your ad spend and expertise is limited so it is more critical that you work with an agency that focuses on small businesses but knows how to play with the bigger companies. So much goes into marketing and if you go at it alone you will be outcompeted by everyone else. Splurge specializes in giving small businesses the right tools in order compete in the competitive landscape. It is important to mention that we had Splurge completely overhaul our lawncare website and create a new one for us. That was a major milestone for us and they executed it beautifully! I was thrilled with the work they did on the website as it represents my business in a genuine and professional light and will be a great way to attact more leads! On another note, I also own a co-working space (that is part of a franchise) and I hired Splurge to do a SEO audit and improve our online visibility and by managing our PPC campaign, blog content writing and re-writing our website content to be SEO optimized we have tripled the amount of leads we get each month and have almost doubled our revenue. As a business owner, I know that passion for your product offering will differentiate you with other competitors. I can tell you with extreme confidence that Splurge LOVES what they do and will never back away from a challenge. That is super critical when you are a small business competing with larger busineses with larger budgets. Their passion also drives their expertise and they have a full staff with a wide array of expertise across digital ads, content writing, branding, web design, email campaigns, etc so you will never need to outsource any marketing projects to any other company.
