**What do you like best about Splink?**

The ability to manage all my invoices and payment links in one console

**What do you dislike about Splink?**

Only downside is that it is a separate console, but integration options are available for enterprise level customers. As a SME it was not feasible for our team.

**What problems is Splink solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Competitive processing rates compared to others in my region. 

Customized invoices and payment reminders at the click of a button. 

My whole team can access the console to follow up on outstanding accounts, with appropriate levels of access.

**What do you like best about Splink?**

We were able to customise our payment process for customers accross UK and Ireland and follow up easily on defaulted payments

**What do you dislike about Splink?**

Can be expensive to set up and any development costs are high.  Development is required as Splink can be limiting in its functionality.
