Brands can use our technology to visualize products in 3D, and allow their customers to make changes to the product in real-time just by using a simple web browser. The Spiff Hub is our no-code backend where you can even self-serve and make changes to these customization experiences on the fly without the need for web development. While the front-end visualization of our technology is the most visible, the downstream fulfillment integration side of the platform is the reason why brands like Coca Cola have chosen our technology over others. The fulfillment of customization is often the sticking point for many brands, but we have solved these problems via a suite of downstream fulfillment features including order routing, warehouse management, inventory management, print integrations, and automation. It also puts all of your backup data in one easy to digest place, making it easy to review your pay cycle. **What do you dislike about Spiff Hub?** It isn't the easiest tool to play around with. It would be beneficial to be able to have a sort of "what if" calculator. For example, if I were to close x more dollars or deals, where would that put me. **What problems is Spiff Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?** Spiff Hub is solving the problem of me trying to calculate where I'm at thus far and how I am pacing to goal. If you are considering taking time off or just need to budget for any reason it is extremely convenient. ### 2. Best commission tracking tool. I now have the visibility to ensure i'm getting paid with 100% accuracy. It's easy for things to fall through the cracks and forget about it but Spiff will prevent this from happening. **What do you dislike about Spiff Hub?** The least helpful thing about spiff hub is sometimes the user interface isn't as simple and clear as it could be. I'm not sure if that is due to how our organization set it up or it is on Spiff's side. **What problems is Spiff Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?** Spiff ensures that my comissions are being paid with 100% accuracy. Before Spiff there wasn't an easy way to track this and commissions is what I live off of. It is a great relief to know that i'm being paid without having to worry about missing commission. ### 3. We are big fans of it because it lets customers see our products from many different angles and we are also able to customize how we utilize them. Items look super realistic compared to how they used to 10+ years ago. **What do you dislike about Spiff Hub?** The pricing of the base plan seems a little cheap for the things you get, but it's alright. The user interface seems to be lacking in what can be easily manipulated and what can't. Initially, it seems a little daunting to get the feel of using it, but with a little more explanation or tutorial, I believe this would be mostly avoided. **What problems is Spiff Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the biggest problems solved by using it is that we were creating our own resources before we found Spiff Hub. We were literally doing it all from the ground up, but now that we are trying out Spiff Hub, this is already built into what the service provides. ### 4. Instead of having the calculate what my paycheck will be through complicated reports, Spiff Hub makes it a breeze to track how much commission you'll be bringing home so you can plan out your finances! **What do you dislike about Spiff Hub?** I dislike that it is it's own website. I do not love having to go to Spiff Hub to calculate these things. It would be great if Spiff hub had a plug in for Salesforce. That way you could see within 1 platform everything that is going on with your pipeline. **What problems is Spiff Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?** Financial planning as an account executive. This is huge when half of your paycheck (or more!) is variable. Unsterstanding how much you're bringing home without wasting time seeing what percent you are to quota is definitely an important time save that contains valuable insights. ### 6. It's extremely interesting to track data using this platform. Our E-comm business has benefited from Spiff. We use Spiff to track ebbs and flows in our company, as well as how our promotions are affected. **What do you dislike about Spiff Hub?** Spiff provides a lot of education behind their software to avoid any confusion. I've never had a problem analyzing data. Load times on mobile are also the best I've seen out of the other tools I used. This is non-negotiable these days as so much eCommerce is done on mobile. **What do you dislike about Spiff Hub?** It's so flexible and full of features, it can be a bit daunting at first, especially if you don't have someone helping you. I'd recommend either taking the time to learn the system or pay them for extended service. **Recommendations to others considering Spiff Hub:** I'd be surprised if this app can't do what you need. The customization ability IMO is the best I've seen out of all the other products. **What problems is Spiff Hub solving and how is that benefiting you?** I think being able to customize the customization process was key. I had specific steps I wanted to take the customers through and it was good that I could do this bit by bit so the customers weren't faced with a huge panel of different options.
