I like how the Rapport interactions are first presented, with a scroll-down menu of what my goals are as the user. I also like the cartooniness of avatars…prevents the uncanny valley situation where they are too realistic but creepy. The voices of the AI avatars seemed a bit off. They are still too robotic for my tastes and made the conversations feel unrealistic. I had a hard time taking the interactions seriously with the awkward voices. I also found that the information reported in the Rapport report (after you complete a conversation) was odd...it was giving feedback on the Avatar and not me as the user. If you could improve those two features, then this would be a spectacular product to share with students at my university. I really like Rapport because it's really easy to use, and it helps to put a human touch on what is otherwise just a text interface. People can land on a marketing landing page and have a conversation with an avatar that understands the subject matter of the page and our business. This is an amazing product, with a great team, great support, and an incredibly well thought out architecture, optimized for scale. With several seamless integrations with frontier models, as well as integrations with custom AI models available, you will be able to interact with your AI via spoken dialogue instead of written text, and can even have your AI models look like your favorite gaming character. It's easy to use, easy to implement and setup, can be used as frequently as you want, all at a very friendly price point. Not a lot, other than a slight apparent delay in responses (compensated for with the engagement achieved), and room for increasing how engaging the characters look when interacting.
