**What do you like best about SparkLabs?**

Viscosity OpenVPN client for Mac is easy to use and provides native interface for users to configure OpenVPN connection. The application is maintained, supports the latest versions of OpenVPN and supports native openvpn configuration files for easy use within enterprise.

**What do you dislike about SparkLabs?**

Since this is not the OpenVPN client, approval was needed to be used in company environment.

**What problems is SparkLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Viscosity creates native VPN experience for Mac users. It supports OpenVPN config files ovpn which allows to use company provided config. At the same time allows to fine-tune configuration for each of the connection (e.g. custom DNS domains).

**What do you like best about SparkLabs?**

Our company has used Viscosity as a VPN tool for years and we've had relatively smooth success with it. It was easy to deploy onto new hire laptops and the setup process was simple for folks that aren't super tech-savvy.

**What do you dislike about SparkLabs?**

We have since moved from SparkLabs' Viscosity to the AWS VPN Client simply because we wanted more network information and data. The AWS VPN Client was able to provide us the information and client data we needed to further benefit our IT Team

**What problems is SparkLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allowed us to have one main VPN tool across the company. We've benefited from Viscosity but we are now transitioning to an Okta/AWS workspace instead of a Duo/Viscosity workspace.

**What do you like best about SparkLabs?**

Spark is amazing in terms of scalability and programability.
1. Easy to run pyspark and scala version
2. SparkSQL is good for traditional RDBMS developers

**What do you dislike about SparkLabs?**

There are situations where the UDFs are not in up to dare

**What problems is SparkLabs solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Large volume data processing
Streaming applications
Micro batch processes
