## Zscaler Private Access Reviews
  ### 1. Strong Data Security and Easy Auto-Connect

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristina D. | Quality Insights Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Zscaler Private Access?**

The product works well to secure data shared throughout the call center and in the corporate offices. The automatic connection when starting computers is a great ease of use tool.

**What do you dislike about Zscaler Private Access?**

My connection to Zscaler often drops, which forces me to log in more frequently than necessary, especially when I’m on a call. As a phone agent operator, the line would constantly drop during program tech updates, creating frustration for both agents and customers in a high-stakes environment.

**What problems is Zscaler Private Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zscaler helps address the security risks that come with an unencrypted connection to the internet. In a world where hackers are constantly seeking financial gain, it’s vital to our company that customer information is protected. We safeguard sensitive data such as bank account details and personal identifying information, including a customer’s SSN, date of birth, and home address.

  ### 2. Zscaler Private Access: Stable, Secure VPN Alternative That Streamlines Daily Work

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Esma Y. | Senior Test Automation Engineer (SDET), Information Technology and Services, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Zscaler Private Access?**

What I like most about Zscaler Private Access is how it completely changes the way you connect to internal systems. With traditional VPNs, I always felt like I was opening the door to the entire network, even when I only needed one application. With ZPA, I’m only connected to what I actually need, and that makes a big difference in terms of both security and peace of mind.

From a test automation perspective, it has made my daily work much smoother. I used to deal with random VPN drops right in the middle of running tests or calling internal APIs, which was frustrating. With ZPA, the connection is much more stable. Once I’m logged in, I can access staging environments and APIs without interruptions, which saves time especially during debugging and long test runs.

On the UI/UX side, I like that it’s not something I constantly have to think about. The client is simple and runs quietly in the background. From an admin perspective, the interface can feel a bit complex at first, but once you get used to it, managing access policies becomes more structured and predictable.

Another thing I appreciate is how it integrates with identity providers. Access is based on roles and context, so I don’t have to chase permissions all the time. It’s clear, controlled, and feels more secure without adding extra friction.

In terms of performance, it was actually better than I expected. Compared to VPN, latency feels lower, especially when running API-heavy automated tests. That directly impacts our efficiency.

From a pricing/ROI perspective, it makes sense if you consider the bigger picture. It’s not just about replacing VPN, but reducing downtime, improving security, and saving engineering time. Fewer connection issues alone have already paid back a lot for us.

Support has also been reliable in my experience. When we had configuration questions early on, responses were helpful and fairly quick, which made the onboarding process easier.

I haven’t deeply used any AI-driven features, but the platform’s policy-based intelligence and access control logic already feel quite advanced. It’s clear that decisions are not just static rules but based on context like user identity and device state.

Overall, it’s been a more stable, secure, and less frustrating way to access internal resources compared to traditional approaches.

**What do you dislike about Zscaler Private Access?**

One of the main challenges with Zscaler Private Access is the initial setup and configuration. The Zero Trust model is powerful, but it also comes with a learning curve. Defining policies, segmenting applications correctly, and making sure everything works as expected can take time, especially if you're coming from a traditional VPN setup.

From a day-to-day usage perspective, troubleshooting can sometimes be a bit difficult. When something doesn’t work, it’s not always immediately clear whether the issue is related to policies, identity provider integration, or network configuration. This can slow things down, especially when you're trying to quickly access an internal service during development or testing.

On the UI/UX side, while the end-user experience is simple, the admin interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first. There are many configuration layers, and it takes some time to fully understand how everything is connected.

Pricing could also be a consideration for smaller teams. While it delivers value in terms of security and stability, the cost might feel high if you're not fully utilizing all of its capabilities.

In terms of support, while generally helpful, response times can vary depending on the issue, and more complex cases may require some back-and-forth before getting fully resolved.

Lastly, while the platform has strong policy-based logic, I haven’t seen very visible or impactful AI-driven features in everyday use yet. Most of the intelligence still feels rule-based rather than adaptive.

Overall, none of these are deal-breakers, but they are things to consider, especially during the onboarding and early adoption phase.

**What problems is Zscaler Private Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Zscaler Private Access, our biggest issue was dealing with traditional VPN limitations. Connections were often unstable, especially during long test runs, and it was frustrating to lose access in the middle of hitting internal APIs or working in staging environments. It also felt a bit risky knowing that once connected, you were technically inside the whole network, even if you only needed one service.

ZPA solved this by removing the dependency on VPN and switching to a more targeted access model. Now, instead of connecting to the entire network, I can securely access only the specific applications I need. This has made a noticeable difference in both stability and security.

For my daily work in test automation, the biggest benefit has been consistency. I can run API tests, access internal tools, and debug issues without worrying about random disconnects. It’s especially helpful when running longer automation suites, where even a small interruption used to cause failures and waste time.

Another benefit is around access control. Permissions are clearly defined, so I don’t have to constantly request access or deal with unnecessary privileges. Everything feels more streamlined and controlled.

Overall, it has reduced a lot of the friction we used to have with remote access. Less time spent dealing with connection issues means more time actually focusing on testing and development, which has been a big win for productivity.

  ### 3. Seamless Security Without VPN Hassle

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Zscaler Private Access?**

I like how simple and seamless Zscaler Private Access is. There's no VPN hassle for users, and from our side, it's easy to control access. It just works without getting in the way. The app-level access control is the most valuable for us, as being able to define exactly who can access which application keeps things really clean and secure. We also rely a lot on the client connector, as it makes the whole experience seamless. The initial setup of Zscaler Private Access was very easy, which is a big plus.

**What do you dislike about Zscaler Private Access?**

Troubleshooting can be a bit tricky, and the initial setup isn’t the most intuitive. Occasionally, we also run into small connectivity issues with some apps. Clearer error messages and a simpler troubleshooting dashboard would help, plus more consistent app connectivity.

**What problems is Zscaler Private Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zscaler Private Access to give remote users secure access to apps without a traditional VPN, solving issues with broad network access and performance. It’s simple, seamless, and easy to control, letting us define who can access each app, making it secure and clean.

**What do you like best about Zscaler Private Access?**

I used Zscaler Private Access for remote access to internal applications and it works well for daily use. The best part for me is not needing to use a VPN anymore, as the connection feels more stable and faster, especially when changing networks. I like the zero trust approach because it only gives access to specific applications instead of the entire network. It has been much more reliable compared to traditional VPN setups. I also appreciate being able to access internal environments from anywhere without complicated configurations each time. The connection is mostly stable and I didn't face many random disconnections, which is important for testing.

**What do you dislike about Zscaler Private Access?**

The first setup was not very easy, it takes time to understand how the system works and fixing issues is not always simple.

**What problems is Zscaler Private Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zscaler Private Access for remote access to internal apps. It offers stable, faster connections compared to VPN, ensuring consistency during testing. The zero trust approach enhances security by accessing specific applications. Initial setup is tricky but resolves complex configurations.

  ### 5. Convenient, Always-On Access with Room for Speed Improvement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mario M. | Application Support Engineer - Calibre, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Zscaler Private Access?**

I really like that Zscaler Private Access is automated. It's turned on by default, which is a very interesting feature because when I'm using different software, I usually have to connect and disconnect, which can be a hassle. But with Zscaler Private Access, it's automatically opened and it never turns off for any reason. So it's always turned on automatically, which is great. I don't have to do anything.

**What do you dislike about Zscaler Private Access?**

One thing I don't like about Zscaler Private Access is how much it affects my Internet speed. Normally my speed is about 30 to 35 megabits per second, but when using this, it drops to about 5 megabits per second. So, the speed is downgraded significantly.

**What problems is Zscaler Private Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zscaler Private Access solves the problem of having to physically visit the site every day. With this VPN, I can access the required websites from home, and the connection is set up automatically.

  ### 6. Reliable and Efficient Remote Access with Minor Connection Hiccups

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Piyush U. | Research Intern, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2026

  ### 7. Seamless Always-On Zero Trust Access with Strong Global Performance

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Zscaler Private Access?**

I like how Zscaler Private Access removes the need for traditional VPNs and delivers a seamless, always-on experience. Users don’t have to think about connecting; access just works quietly in the background. The Zero Trust model also helps ensure applications are never exposed to the internet, which significantly reduces the attack surface. Performance remains consistently strong thanks to Zscaler’s global cloud, and once the structure is set up, policy management becomes much more straightforward. Overall, it strengthens security while improving the user experience at the same time. It's among my potential future options, and its pricing and integration could make it a deciding factor, but I haven't evaluated it thoroughly yet.

**What do you dislike about Zscaler Private Access?**

The biggest challenge with ZPA is the initial setup and policy design. Zero Trust requires very granular segmentation, so if the application inventory or access flows aren’t well‑mapped, the rollout can feel complex. Troubleshooting can also be tricky because traffic doesn’t behave like a traditional VPN, and logs sometimes require deeper analysis. Additionally, the Client Connector agent occasionally needs user intervention after OS updates, and some legacy applications don’t behave perfectly without extra tuning.

**What problems is Zscaler Private Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zscaler Private Access eliminates the operational and security issues of traditional VPNs. Instead of exposing the network, it provides application‑level access based on identity and device posture. This solves problems like VPN bottlenecks, lateral movement risk, and complex firewall rules. For us, the biggest benefit is that users get seamless, always‑on access without needing to manually connect to anything. Security teams gain tighter control and visibility, and the attack surface is dramatically reduced because internal apps are never exposed to the internet. Overall, it improves both productivity and security at the same time.

  ### 12. Seamless Security Integration with Zscaler and Okta for Ultimate Data Protection

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rachel W. | Commercial Account Executive, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Zscaler Private Access?**

I love that Zscaler integrates with Beyond Identity and Okta to be able to use our finger-print on MacBooks to sign into everything. As an HR company hosting thousands of pieces of sensitive personal data, it is a hugely necessary component to keeping our work and data private. Zscaler seems to "go down" a lot, or log itself out a lot, but it is very intuitive and easy to reset or re-authenticate.

**What do you dislike about Zscaler Private Access?**

It doesn't provide any kind of notification when something goes wrong. Zscaler forces re-sign-in multiple times a day, which is frustrating because it can take several minutes to get everything refreshed, but when something does stop working, it's almost always because Zscaler is down, and now I know to check that first, but it doesn't actually notify you that it's been disconnected unless you open the program.

**What problems is Zscaler Private Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We rely on Zscaler to secure our programs and hardware that are not protected by Okta. This is especially important for our laptops, a program called Dock, and several other software applications that do not integrate with Okta.

  ### 13. Helpful Tool for Secure Application Access

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Deepak s. | Associate Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Zscaler Private Access?**

Zscaler Private Access is easy to use once it is set up properly. It provides secure access to internal applications without using a traditional VPN, which makes remote work smooth and reliable. The tool works well on a daily basis and handles access control neatly. It integrates well with other security and identity tools, and customer support is helpful when we raise tickets or need clarification.

**What do you dislike about Zscaler Private Access?**

The initial setup and implementation can be a bit complex and time-consuming, especially for first-time users. Sometimes troubleshooting issues takes longer than expected. Also, the pricing feels on the higher side and some advanced features require additional configuration knowledge. Improving documentation and simplifying setup would make it easier for new teams.

**What problems is Zscaler Private Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zscaler Private Access solves the problem of giving secure access to internal applications without using a VPN. Earlier, VPN access was slow and sometimes unstable, especially for remote users. With Zscaler, users can connect safely from anywhere without exposing the network. This has improved security and also made access faster and more reliable for daily work. It reduces dependency on VPN and helps the IT team manage access more easily.

  ### 14. Great alternative to VPNs with strong security and smooth access

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rushi P. | Associate software engineer, Computer Software, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Zscaler Private Access?**

What I like most about Zscaler Private Access is that it completely removes the hassle of using a traditional VPN. Once it’s set up, users can securely access internal apps from anywhere without worrying about connecting to the corporate network. The zero-trust approach feels much safer because access is given only to what’s needed. It also integrates nicely with identity providers like Okta or Azure AD, which makes user management simple and one more advantage is it is noticing each and every ethernet connections.

**What do you dislike about Zscaler Private Access?**

If I am being honest, the setup can be tricky at first, especially if you’re new to Zscaler or zero-trust concepts. Some of the policies take a bit of trial and error to get right, and the documentation could be clearer in a few areas. I’ve also noticed occasional delays with authentication when multiple integrations are active. The reporting dashboard is good but could use a few more customization options for deeper visibility

**What problems is Zscaler Private Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zscaler Private Access has helped us move away from traditional VPNs, which were often slow, hard to manage, and required users to connect to the entire corporate network just to access one app. With ZPA, our users can securely connect to internal applications from anywhere without worrying about network configurations or slow connections

  ### 15. Secure Per‑App Access, But Less Control and Harder Troubleshooting

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Toka M. | Digital Marketing Specialist , Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Zscaler Private Access?**

The best thing about ZPA is that it removes the concept of being on the network entirely and replaces it with secure, direct, per app access. “invisible infrastructure” idea is a major shift

**What do you dislike about Zscaler Private Access?**

You gain strong security and simplicity but give up some control, performance consistency, and ease of troubleshooting. Some users even report occasional connection drops or outages impacting access.

**What problems is Zscaler Private Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ZPA is solving this core problem:
Old security assumes users inside the network are trusted. Modern reality proves that’s dangerous. Benefit to me for this reason:
Safer access
Simpler experience
More flexibility
Less risk of major breaches

  ### 16. Using Zscaler

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ernest T C. | Accountant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2025

**What do you like best about Zscaler Private Access?**

What I really like about Zscaler Private Access is how easy it makes remote access without relying on a traditional VPN. You don’t have to connect to a full network—ZPA gives you access only to the specific applications you need, which keeps everything more secure and limits potential risks.

It’s also much smoother for users. You can switch between networks without losing your connection or having to constantly log back in. The performance is noticeably faster too, since traffic doesn’t have to go through a single VPN gateway.

From an IT and security perspective, it’s a huge win. It simplifies access management, reduces infrastructure costs, and helps maintain a true zero-trust environment. Overall, ZPA provides a secure, reliable, and user-friendly way to connect people to the resources they need, no matter where they’re working.

**What do you dislike about Zscaler Private Access?**

While Zscaler Private Access is great for security, it can be a little frustrating at times. The biggest issue I’ve noticed is that it sometimes blocks legitimate sites that really shouldn’t be restricted — for example, Yahoo Sports, which I use for fantasy leagues. It feels like the filtering can be a bit too aggressive.

Performance can also be inconsistent. Sometimes it slows things down or drops the connection unexpectedly, especially when switching between networks. And when something doesn’t work, it’s not always clear why — the troubleshooting process can be confusing.

Overall, ZPA does a good job keeping things secure, but I wish it were a little more flexible and user-friendly. A few tweaks to performance and site access would make it much better to use every day.

**What problems is Zscaler Private Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The program effectively protects our network from hackers and unauthorized access. It makes us all feel safe since we deal with sensitive and personal information

  ### 17. Zscaler Private Access: Simple and Secure, but Occasional Connection Issues

**What do you dislike about Zscaler Private Access?**

One thing I find frustrating about Zscaler Private Access is that the connection occasionally becomes slow or even drops for a few seconds. Additionally, troubleshooting can be somewhat confusing when something goes wrong, as it's not always clear whether the issue is with the app itself or the network.

**What problems is Zscaler Private Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zscaler Private Access addresses the challenge of securely connecting to company applications without the need for a traditional VPN. It ensures a safe connection and simplifies remote work, whether I'm at home or elsewhere. **What do you like best about Zscaler Private Access?**

Users only get access to the apps they need, not the whole network.
You don’t have to connect to a slow, old-style VPN.
It sends you to the app in the quickest path, so things load faster.
You just open your app, and it works in the background.
Apps stay hidden from the internet, so attackers can’t see them.

**What do you dislike about Zscaler Private Access?**

Setup can be tricky – Getting all the rules, apps, and connectors right can take time.
Troubleshooting is not always easy – When something doesn’t work, it can be hard to see why.
Cost – It can be expensive for some organizations.

Old VPNs are slow and risky.
Users need access to apps from anywhere, safely.
Hackers can see apps if they are on the network.
Managing who can access what is hard.

Users can safely reach only the apps they need, from anywhere.
Apps stay hidden from the internet, so it’s harder for hackers to attack.
No slow VPN – work is faster and smoother.
Admins can control access easily without giving full network access.

I like that Zscaler Private Access is fast and reliable. Whenever I whitelist or blacklist a link, it reflects right away. I also appreciate the logging review features that let me check on user activity. It doesn't affect production, and if there's an urgent action like whitelisting a tool or URL related to the client, it doesn't take time.

**What do you dislike about Zscaler Private Access?**

I don't like when you whitelist a URL, it doesn't fully work. You still need to whitelist other sublinks to make the URL or tool fully loaded or productive.

**What problems is Zscaler Private Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Zscaler Private Access for controlling and securing traffic, addressing security and productivity concerns, and preventing access to non-work URLs. It updates whitelists/blacklists quickly, ensuring that urgent actions don't impact production.

  ### 33. Great Access Control, but a Bit Complex for Beginners

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Johannes N. | Customer Experience Associate, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Zscaler Private Access?**

One thing that i loved about using it, the fact that they went beyond fto ensure only specific access to network is one of the most amazing thing i've seen in a while, wish a lot of people actually used it in my country

**What do you dislike about Zscaler Private Access?**

It's kinda complex for me, but i like it so far tbh , not a specific thing that i dislike about it really, just that it might kinda be complex for first time users

**What problems is Zscaler Private Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I remember knowing about it , on reddit after seacrhing for an alternative , after using different VPN, one thing that i love about it is how they've changed security for VPN providers(Idk why no one thought about it before hhh), anyways, it has changed how people has access to data, limiting to only a selected networks is amazing and as someone who values security and data , this is a gem

  ### 34. Seamless and Secure Remote Access Without Traditional VPN Hassles

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Khedir Q. | System Admininstrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Zscaler Private Access?**

It simplifies secure remote access without needing a traditional VPN. It only connects users to the apps they need, reducing risk and improving security.
It’s seamless for users—no constant logins or dropped connections when switching networks. Plus, performance is better since traffic doesn’t route through a central VPN.

**What do you dislike about Zscaler Private Access?**

ZPA generally keeps things secure, but it can be overly restrictive—blocking legitimate sites like Yahoo Sports. Performance is sometimes inconsistent, with slowdowns or dropped connections, especially when switching networks. Troubleshooting issues can also be unclear. A bit more flexibility and smoother user experience would make it much better for daily use.

**What problems is Zscaler Private Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ZPA makes it easy to connect private apps across on-prem and cloud environments without changing the network setup—App Connectors handle the integration.
It’s secure because app and data center details aren’t exposed, and there’s no direct link between user devices and apps. Access flows through App Connectors, which are only reachable via the Client Connector.
For apps that require access through a corporate public IP, deploying SIPA allows traffic to route through your own IP instead of Zscaler’s cloud IP.

  ### 35. Seamless Zero-Trust Access with Zscaler Private Access, but Setup Can Be Complex

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** pratik k. | Infrastructure Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Zscaler Private Access?**

What I like best about Zscaler Private Access is its seamless zero-trust access model that removes the need for traditional VPNs. It provides secure, fast, and reliable access to internal applications from anywhere, without exposing them to the internet. The user experience is smooth, and the centralized policy management makes administration much easier. I also appreciate how well it integrates with identity providers for authentication and how it helps maintain strong security and compliance while keeping performance consistent.

**What do you dislike about Zscaler Private Access?**

At times, the initial configuration and policy setup can be a bit complex, especially for new administrators. The troubleshooting process when users face access issues could also be more intuitive, as logs and diagnostics sometimes require deeper technical expertise. Additionally, occasional latency can occur when connecting to applications hosted in certain regions. However, once properly configured, it performs very reliably and requires minimal maintenance.

**What problems is Zscaler Private Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Zscaler Private Access is solving the challenge of providing secure remote access to internal applications without relying on traditional VPNs. It enables a zero-trust security model, ensuring that users only access the specific apps they’re authorized for. This has significantly improved our organization’s security posture while simplifying connectivity for remote and hybrid employees. It has also reduced VPN management overhead, improved performance and reliability, and made onboarding new users much faster. Overall, it’s helped us achieve better scalability, stronger compliance, and a smoother user experience.

  ### 36. Beyond the Perimeter

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ritika K. | Senior Analyst, Computer & Network Security, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Zscaler Private Access?**

The thing which I like best about the ZPA is its reducing the Attack Surface:

it render the internal application invisible to the internet.
The users do not need to connect to corporate network , but they gets a chance to connect directly to the
app via Zscaler cloud. Ans the IP and network both remains secure and do not get disclosed.

The another thing is its security feature where if somehow attacker gains an access to user's device , so they can only access the specific application not to the not to the network resources .

**What do you dislike about Zscaler Private Access?**

Slowness issue : Some of the users reported slowness issues in loading during the peak hours .

Next is the upload speeds can be significantly degraded.
.

**What problems is Zscaler Private Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem which ZSCALAR is solving is ,its minimizing the security risk of traditional VPN's .

ZPA always connects users directly to specific applications , never to whole corporate network .

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** PRAVEEN P. | Senior Associate Consultant, Information Technology and Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Zscaler Private Access?**

Easy Integration with multiple identity providers, including Microsoft AD, Entra ID, Google, Okta, and Ping. And it supports both SAML and SCIM provisioning methods.
Quick Connectivity through the Client connector and multiple data centres available in different regions, we can select the nearest based on user and Application availability.
Some features, like Source IP Anchoring(SIPA) and Nano log Streaming Services, will really help to address special use cases.
We can raise a support case from the tenant, and the response from the TAC team is timely and effective.

**What do you dislike about Zscaler Private Access?**

It is expensive to compare with a VPN solution, and it requires an additional subscription to utilise some features like NSS and SIPA.

**What problems is Zscaler Private Access solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No complexity to connect apps- Private applications are hosted in differnt on-prem datacenters and clound environments, without doing any changes in network architecture, easily connect applications via App connectors.
Secure way of connect- Application & datacenter network details are not publicly accesble/hosted, there is no direct connectivity between end device and Applications. Appications connected with App connectors, and App connectors accessble via Client connector only.
IP requirement- In some use cases, client applications only accessble via corporate public Ip, by deploying SIPA, we have access client application via our own IP not through Zscaler cloud IP.
