Our interface is clean and purpose-built, with no unnecessary complexity. We offer two AI assistants. Our Portfolio Dashboard Assistant lets users ask plain-language questions about their portfolio and surfaces snapshots, health scores, trend analysis, cost forecasts, critical dates, and lease benchmarks. Our Lease Data Assistant provides detailed data on individual leases including expenses, financials, property details, and compliance information.
