What do you like best about SP Customer Service?

We get the customized application as per our requirements. Has full futured customer service, MS Office, SharePoint etc, has a full range of customer support software application Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SP Customer Service?

Communication issues - cannot get an update, need to remind to get back to us ( Customer). They need to focus on customer care and provide them with timely replies. Need some proactivness from the agents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
