**What do you like best about SP Customer Service?**

We get the customized application as per our requirements. Has full futured customer service, MS Office, SharePoint etc, has a full range of customer support software application

**What do you dislike about SP Customer Service?**

Communication issues - cannot get an update, need to remind to get back to us ( Customer). They need to focus on customer care and provide them with timely replies. Need some proactivness from the agents.

**What problems is SP Customer Service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sharepoint & M office  issues, It gives support for fixing bugs within the Sharepoint & MS office software. Yes mainly productive , and business have benefited because of some timely solution.

I like that it is very user-friendly and easy to use. I love the feature that tracks and manages support issues.

**What do you dislike about SP Customer Service?**

Sometimes it takes forever to load. There is nothing missing

**What problems is SP Customer Service solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Whenever customers are missing some refunds, we can check this, and it does not take several steps to resolve the issue.

It is an excellent option to build a platform for creating a collaborative work environment. The platform makes easier to give support and handle challenges / issues at the same time.

Lack of some integrations could make it even more powerful.

There are fears that it may not scale as our book of business is growing rapidly and seems like they are having trouble keeping up with our changes

Communication is the biggest problem we are solving with them. They have helped keep our customers in the know with our initiatives
