You can filter the music by genre as well as the mood that you want to create. This is a lot better than thinking of something that you think sounds good and should work in the moment and later reviewing your work to find out that the song didn't match. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Obviously as with anything that makes processes easier, your videos background music won't have that personal human touch -- your spark of creativity that makes it uniquely something that you created. But if we are honest, our work already suffers from that since we are not in control of other people's experience of music. At the end of the day, when we make videos we are trying to send a message or tell a story. This tool simply helps us get our point across more often without the filter of our own mood, and our own interpretations of what things should sound like. Although I dislike this personally, from a practical point of view, it is a good thing because it helps us to reach our audiences with the intended effects more often than we would if we had to rely on our own experiences.
