The ability to clawback emails from user's mailboxes is a useful feature. Also, the option to give certain users access to self-service options such as releasing quarantined emails is a plus. What do you dislike about Sophos Email?

The product sometimes misclassifies spam and phishing as safe, though all email protection products struggle with this. The reverse of this issue can sometimes occur with safe emails, quarantining them. These two issues can be resolved over time by teaching the product what domains/senders are safe and unsafe. Directory service syncs with on prem AD and Entra can only be performed at the fastest every 6 hours. The ability to sync more often would be a plus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
