Email filtering and security system. If you are using Office 365 then they can monitor both incoming and outgoing email for both spam and many other type of data that could be sent like PII and stop the email from entering/exiting. Sadly there isn't an easy way to stop incoming email from outside the country, stop specific file types, and many other types of email content. The system also doesn't work with block email addresses using wildcard characters like this: emailname*@domainname.com - this is known and is a failure of Sophos support, programming, quality control and all of their idiots. Would not recommend Sophos Email Gateway.
