**What do you like best about SonicView?**

SonicView is one of the best platforms to record calls and screen capturing. You get to fetch out different types of reports to know the productivity of an individual. You also get to know the in-call conversation through Speech Analytics.

**What do you dislike about SonicView?**

There is not much to dislike about SonicView so far. The only issue is with the Speech Analytics where it sometimes are unable to capture the correct words or sentences. UI is not much user friendly but still, it can work.

**What problems is SonicView solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem Sonicview solves is they give detailed call scoring details and screen Capture through which we get an idea where the executive made a mistake or what was the executive doing while on call.
