## About SonarQube Community Edition for SUSE Linux 15 with support by Kurian
SonarQube is an automated code scanning tool that can be integrated with CI/CD pipeline to detect security vulnerabilities and defects in the application code. It can integrate with your existing workflow to enable continuous code inspection across your project branches and pull requests. The single node SonarQube AMI by Kurian has pre-configured the community edition of SonarQube with PostgreSQL as the backend database. When an EC2 instance is spun up from this AMI the SonarQube service would be up and running on that machine for your immediate use.

**What do you like best about SonarQube Community Edition for SUSE Linux 15 with support by Kurian?**

SonarQube Community Edition helps maintain a good source code by finding code smells, security issues, bugs, Vulnerabilities and code duplicates etc. It's one of such good framework for developers

**What do you dislike about SonarQube Community Edition for SUSE Linux 15 with support by Kurian?**

It's bit complaicate to configure the sources with SonarQube, and needs better understanding of CD/CI process or DevOps to help with configuration

**What problems is SonarQube Community Edition for SUSE Linux 15 with support by Kurian solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used to configure SonarQube with our deployment configuration pipeline, and it used to find any issue in check-in, it will stop the deployment and once fixed all issue it will restart the deployment
