When we retire legacy ERP archives, mass-adjusting retention and legal-hold settings requires tedious manual batches. In my daily work, I handle patient records, diet plans, follow-up documents, educational PDFs, presentations, and different clinic-related files. SOLIXCloud ECS helps me keep all these documents organized in one place instead of managing them across multiple folders and systems. Getting started was easy, and creating repositories, folders, and uploading files did not require much effort. I was able to organize documents in a structured way and access them whenever needed. The centralized document storage is very useful because it keeps important files easy to find and manage. The search functionality also helps save time when I need to locate older reports, diet plans, or educational material quickly. I also like the file sharing, access control, and collaboration options. Sometimes I need to share documents or educational resources while keeping files secure, and having permission controls is helpful. Compliance is crucial for our business, and it excels by supporting SOC 2, CCPA, and state-specific compliance without needing any custom setup, third-party add-ons, or manual rule-building. I also value the state-specific retention policy automation, which allows pre-configured retention rules for Texas and Oklahoma requirements, automatically archiving or purging data according to those rules, saving us from using manual spreadsheets. The platform’s built-in tools for CCPA-compliant PII redaction and governance are great too. It simplifies redacting sensitive customer data from Verishow videos/photos and tracking and reporting PII access for DSRs. The SOC 2-aligned audit trails and immutability are fantastic, logging every data action in an immutable audit trail, crucial for compliance and commercial client audits. Moreover, the initial setup of SOLIXCloud ECS was surprisingly smooth and enterprise-grade without the complexity, which was essential for our small, non-IT field service team. **What do you dislike about SOLIXCloud ECS?** Field techs occasionally need to access archived data in ECS, but the current ECS mobile experience is a watered-down version of the web portal—it requires logging into a complex dashboard, navigating multiple folders, and searching with rigid metadata filters. Most techs abandon the process and call the office to pull the data for them, adding 10–15 minutes of administrative work per request for our dispatch team.
