Compliance is crucial for our business, and it excels by supporting SOC 2, CCPA, and state-specific compliance without needing any custom setup, third-party add-ons, or manual rule-building. I also value the state-specific retention policy automation, which allows pre-configured retention rules for Texas and Oklahoma requirements, automatically archiving or purging data according to those rules, saving us from using manual spreadsheets. The platform’s built-in tools for CCPA-compliant PII redaction and governance are great too. It simplifies redacting sensitive customer data from Verishow videos/photos and tracking and reporting PII access for DSRs.
