Customer suppportis good in responsiveness and effectiveness in addressing any issues.

Should improvise the app flow smoothly where areas with limited or unstable network coverage

SolidShip has greatly improved the efficiency of our logistics operations. From order processing to label generation and tracking, the software provides a centralized hub for all our shipping needs.SolidShip ensures accurate label generation and tracking information, minimizing the risk of shipping mistakes and enhancing the overall reliability of our shipments. In the rare instances when we've encountered issues or had questions about the software, SolidShip's customer support has been responsive and effective
