Definitly price. It's too high in comparison to other vendors. I dont like cloud approach. It seems that SAG runs cloud strategy and some functionalities are in cloud version only. It's not good. We as a client shoudl have a choice - cloud or not cloud. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about ARIS is how process-centric it is, without being overwhelming. Whether you're trying to optimize customer journeys or understand internal workflows, it just works. I’ve used it to map out entire customer touchpoints across email, ads, and landing pages. Having that bird’s-eye view made it easier to tie content goals with business KPIs. Honestly, ARIS has a lot going for it—but like any robust tool, there’s a bit of a learning curve, especially for beginners. As someone transitioning from content into digital marketing, the sheer number of features felt a bit overwhelming at first. ARIS is a very good and easy to use tool. One can document their Business Process Designs using BPMN 2.0 notations. Folder structures can be created, function allocation diagrams can be created, its UI is very customer centric and easy to understand for a common man. I use it frequently (ARIS Designer) for drafting processes, its integration with other softwares is pretty simple and have good customer support in acse of any problems. One can learn ARIS and take free certifications ranging from basics to intermediary to advance or expert level. One can also do process mining to understand the in depth knowledge about their product and process. One thing I dislike about ARIS is their web version (ARIS Connect), althoigh it has a pretty good interface but its sometime slow and due to latency it becomes difficult to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best part of the tool is the ease of implementation. It is very easy to use by the business user as well. We have received proactive support from customer service team. Feature wise, ARIS can be integrated with the various source systems and data can be transformed as per requirement.
