Powerful Process Modeling and Analysis for Clear, Standardised Workflows

The ability to create clear, standardised process models (BPMN/EPC) and maintain everything in a centralised repository is a real strength. It makes complex business workflows easy to understand and communicate across teams. The combination of process modelling and analysis is the most helpful part for us. We can not only design workflows, but also analyse them to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies. This is especially useful in our client projects when we are recommending process improvements to clients.

ARIS applied to non-manufacturing, irregular, business processes

Data loading was very easy, also gives hints about errors experienced while loading. Short learning curve to configure correctly the OOTB dashboard apps. AI companion was helpful to configure measures without need of coding knowledge --> no-code user here. Easy admin of users Link from process mining tool (discovered model) to BPM tool Time saving - easy to transfer analyis across projects to reuse templates.
