**What do you like best about Softcore Solutions Private Limited?**

They were willing to revert to the charges in the contract for training after receipt of a stern email.

**What do you dislike about Softcore Solutions Private Limited?**

It's been over two years, and our manufacturing module is not implemented. Training is indadequate and our staff is simultaneously using other cheaper ERP's to complete their work. Rates fixed in the contract we changed and there is no transparency regards how much disk space we are being billed USD 3000 a year for appart from the training and other charges. We need this to transfer from them to another service provider.
