**What do you like best about Soffront?**

What I like most about Soffront is its all-in-one platform that unifies CRM, sales automation, marketing, and customer service, saving our team time and reducing confusion by avoiding multiple separate tools. I really appreciate the user-friendly and intuitive interface, making it easy for even non-technical team members to pick up quickly, resulting in smooth and fast adoption across the company. The automation features stand out, allowing us to automate follow-ups, task assignments, and email campaigns, which cuts down on repetitive manual work and lets our sales team focus on building customer relationships. The GDPR-compliant data management provides strong peace of mind, as it securely stores and manages customer data while meeting local regulatory requirements in Germany.

**What do you dislike about Soffront?**

Some integrations with common German business tools are not as seamless as we would like. Connecting with DATEV, our ERP system, and Microsoft 365 works, but data synchronization isn’t fully automated and sometimes requires manual checks. The reporting functionality covers standard needs, but building complex, individual reports is not very intuitive. For deeper data analysis, we still need to export information and work with Excel, which adds extra effort.

Soffront centralizes our CRM and business automation, streamlining customer data management and automating repetitive tasks. It eliminates manual data entry, ensures a consistent single customer view, maintains GDPR compliance, and enhances collaboration, making our workflows more efficient and reliable.

**What do you like best about Soffront?**

I like the user-friendly format of Soffront, which makes it easy to navigate. I'm able to track notes made by my reps and any personal identifiable information needed for clients. The initial setup was great as all my questions were answered.

**What do you dislike about Soffront?**

I think the speed could be improved.

**What problems is Soffront solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Soffront to track clients. It lets me track payments and past assistance to clients, and manage notes by my reps and any PII needed.

**What do you like best about Soffront?**

Analytics is one of the best feature of Soffront. If you are looking for an ideal CRM for your team, Soffront is one of the best option. The UI &UX. is also amazing.

**What do you dislike about Soffront?**

They can work a bit on AI & ML. Capabilities and by adding these I believe we should be able to add attributes as per our requirements and it can make sense to users.

**What problems is Soffront solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Soffront is the best CRM service provider for SME. The small business enterprises face the challenges of having inadequate value of money but with Soffront you will get the right value of money

**What do you like best about Soffront?**

It has all the features you need in a CRM, including integrations, even phone integrations, and all the usual things like workflow and keeping you on top of the sales metrics.

**What do you dislike about Soffront?**

It's a very clunky system and hard to use/get the hang of, and it looks very outdated as well. A lot of the functions are not very user friendly either, which makes you want to use it less.

**What problems is Soffront solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It does help to keep track of your work though, and provides a handly CRM system for those who get used to it eventually, although I don't think it really helps or benefits first-time users.

**What do you like best about Soffront?**

Soffront has a Spanish version in addition to English which is its biggest benefit according to me as it can cater to small enterprises over in Europe/Mexico etc to utilize a great CRM.

**What do you dislike about Soffront?**

Soffront's Mobile application is ordinary and could do with a whole heap of improvement and many add-ons in the functionalities to compete with Zoho or Salesforce.

**Recommendations to others considering Soffront:**

Shop around for alternatives before you settle down with Soffront, however I can vouch for the fact that coming to cost-effective solutions, you won't find a better one.

**What problems is Soffront solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Very low expense and much increased productivity with Soffront. Accelerated training and webinars are amazing. The application can sometimes also be a little peculiar with text displays but considering the price, it's extremely fine.

**What do you like best about Soffront?**

Soffront CRM is entirely adaptable and front end is smooth. It has streamlined our organization and made following, detailing, and undertaking the executives simple. The CRM offers a plenty of customization choices and certainly meets our requirements. The undertaking the board and bolster group are speedy with reaction and accommodating. Generally speaking would prescribe.

**What do you dislike about Soffront?**

There are some minor tweeks I would like to see, but I realize that some have just been executed in the most current form.

**Recommendations to others considering Soffront:**

Easy to use. Will be better in future

**What problems is Soffront solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had the capacity to get up and in progress in a couple of days. We keep on building our insight into its use and are using more for a CRM as well as a functioning email promoting apparatus.

**What do you like best about Soffront?**

Soffront CRM folks are quick to respond and help solve even the easiest problems. We were able to get up and underway in a few days. We continue to build our knowledge of its usage and are utilizing more not only for a CRM but as an active email marketing tool.

**What do you dislike about Soffront?**

On the initial uploading of contact information, you can only manage duplicate based on emails or company name. We would like this option to include the contact name or unique ID.

**What problems is Soffront solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Soffront CRM was quite easy to upload our prior contact and client information..

**What do you like best about Soffront?**

Great for tracking each step of a sale, from the initial lead, to tracking each communication with the customer. It even offers helpful call scripts and call recording.

**What do you dislike about Soffront?**

A bit expensive and has some issues with updating contacts.

**What problems is Soffront solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are better tracking our salespersons day to day tasks and what they need to do to close a deal. It also ties in our marketing and sales aspects of the business seamlessly.

Would not use the system if not required to by our Electronic Health Record provider.

Not user friendly.  Difficult to navigate.  Have trouble with submitting tickets sometimes and lose information.

Use a different ticket system if you have a choice.

I like how easy it is to perform the daily tasks.
The software is set up perfectly for what I need.
Ryan does an excellent job of following up even without a request of information.

I haven't found anything I dislike. 
So far this software has been quite fluid

**What do you like best about Soffront?**

Soffront is great for small businessand not looking for a lot of bells and whistles.  Everything comes standard out of the box, with little to no customization, which in some instances could be a good thing.  IT handles a lot of the same stuff that Salesfroce does, but without the customization.

**What do you dislike about Soffront?**

The pricing for Professional edition (full blown) is up there with Salesforce, so I would recommend going the Salesfroce route.  Not having much customization also could be a negative if you have a niche business.

**Recommendations to others considering Soffront:**

For a small business, without strong IT staff or support, it's worth the free trial to see if it fits your needs.
