
What I like most about Soffront is its all-in-one platform that unifies CRM, sales automation, marketing, and customer service, saving our team time and reducing confusion by avoiding multiple separate tools. I really appreciate the user-friendly and intuitive interface, making it easy for even non-technical team members to pick up quickly, resulting in smooth and fast adoption across the company. The automation features stand out, allowing us to automate follow-ups, task assignments, and email campaigns, which cuts down on repetitive manual work and lets our sales team focus on building customer relationships. The GDPR-compliant data management provides strong peace of mind, as it securely stores and manages customer data while meeting local regulatory requirements in Germany. Some integrations with common German business tools are not as seamless as we would like. Connecting with DATEV, our ERP system, and Microsoft 365 works, but data synchronization isn’t fully automated and sometimes requires manual checks. The reporting functionality covers standard needs, but building complex, individual reports is not very intuitive.
