I have worked with Gaia for a number of years and more recently have run frequent campaigns with them in my role at Sage. They have delivered us quality candidates in a range of geographies and for a variety of roles. Their reporting dashboard is super helpful and easy to use. The only issue we have is sharing large video files rather than Youtube links or similar, but Gaia have helped us overcome this too by creating a SharePoint site we can upload to. Gaia helps us speed up our talent attraction, often for hard to fill roles in a large range of locations, from Newcastle upon Tyne to Atlanta, Barcelona to Johannesburg. I work with Gaia on a regular basis across a multitude of clients and the results generated from the campaigns speak for themselves. The team are great, in particular Blazej who goes above and beyond to get proposals across at super short notice and Kelly, who is always on the ball for all additional support. They are both fantastic and a pleasure to work with. I am new to the industry and they have made the understanding of Gaia straightforward and easy to navigate. The ability to directly track and manage campaigns through the portal from start to finish helps manage the campaigns seamlessly and additional insights are always on offer and provided at the end of any campaign which is valued information. Being newly rebranded, Gaia has been fundamental in raising our brand profile and reaching new audiences producing excellent results and become a tool we rely on in our everyday recruitment. What do you dislike about Gaia? Maybe due to their quick growth as a business, occasionally lead times take longer than agreed or I would expect. Gaia has allowed us to target the passive recruitment market as well as be effective in bringing in talent for volume roles. We rebranded in 2022 moving away from an established identity to an untested one and a fear in the business was we wouldn't be recognised in the markets we operate in and talent is one of those. What we've seen is more application on roles than before we rebranded and the work we do with Gaia In building out that brand awareness and pushing candidates to the top of the attraction funnel is a big part of our attraction strategy.
