It's really well designed, and so far, I've had no questions from clients on how to use it, and no failed attempts. **What do you dislike about SocialJuice?** A little work could be done with the terms and conditions, but Sander (The owner) has assured me that an updated terms and conditions experience is inbound **What problems is SocialJuice solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's just nioce to have a sleek, standardised way for clients to leave reviews. Leaving a video testimonial can be an intimidating experience, and SocialJuice makes it about as easy as it can be, ### 2. SocialJuice is straightforward to use. I can invite team members, customize testimonial pages, language and branding to fit my needs. And the testimonial collection is straightforward; with a click of a button, a customer can open their camera to record a review. Or write a text. You can embed these testimonials on your website as a wall of love or a scrollable carousel. I love it. **What do you dislike about SocialJuice?** The user interface lacks scrollable columns on the side; I would like to be able to scroll down when I navigate through SocialJuice in the future. Otherwise, SocialJuice provides it's primary mission pretty well. **What problems is SocialJuice solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having an easy-to-use platform to collect reviews is essential to my business. I love how easy social juice makes this process, just with a click. And I can encourage clients to record testimonials by having an incentive after they do. ### 3. There are many popular options like G2, Capterra and Producthunt, but both for us as service provider and (potential) customers it's best to have one page to bring all reviews together. And that is what SJ does! **What do you dislike about SocialJuice?** There are no dislikes, but I am looking forward to some new features that are already on the roadmap, like creating subselections (for example, you sometimes want to show the top 5 and not neccesarily all reviews) and easier importing. **What problems is SocialJuice solving and how is that benefiting you?** Bringing together all reviews of our SAAS across multiple platforms, providing a better overview for both us and our visitors. ### 4.
