The video recordings are made in mp4 format and with codec h264 and without loss of video by compression since the video is saved without being compressed which affects the size of this and not its quality. By not having compression it is possible to perform live steaming without loss of quality in the video. The screenshot is very simple and needs hardly any explanation, by configuring a shortcut we can capture the screen inside a game or opengl application and it will be saved automatically in the FRAPS directory by default.
