The connection latency is terrible. At least 100ms - really terrible. Stuttering is also a major issue. Don't do video over this, especially not audio/video.

The trial ruined an entire event presentation for me - in the middle of showing a critical video, the app loudly interrupted the video with, "IH HOPE YOU'RE ENJOYING YOUR TRIAL OF AIRPARROT..."

You can't do that to a user. I've never seen any application that utilized audio to petition a user to buy their product in the middle of a trial period. That's insane.

It does EXACTLY what it promises. After spending over $300 for a couple of dongles that were supposed to allow me to mirror my Mac with two Smart TVs in a small conference room, I invested 7-8 hours trying to make them work. This included dozens of emails with the company's customer service. No matter what they suggested (and some suggestions were extremely complicated), their product didn't work. Finally, they just stopped responding and offered no other solutions (and not even a refund on the product).

During this process, I happened to find https://airsquirrels.com and contacted their customer support. Sean gave me a call and after I briefly explained what I wanted to do, he stated I didn't need the product I thought I needed (which was a more comprehensive approach to my setup and, while fairly priced, also significantly more expensive). Instead, he recommended I try out AirParrot. I downloaded the trial version and had my Macbook Pro mirrored on the two Smart TVs in our conference room in less than 10 minutes.

I LOVE how simple and straightforward this software is and I LOVE the price!

There are unexpected moments that presentations or windows turn out to be incompatible in the reflection devices, for this we used AirParrot that allowed both bosses and workers' staff to have a backup on their mobile devices and with this to be able to link them with the reflector device.
