What do you like best about Loup?

it has AI capabilities which guide users based on their shopping behaviours I love this thing the most I was searching for the best methods to guide customers so that I can help them online but as I want cost effective methods to guide them and my client also wants someone to take care of the customer's for 24*7 which was a challenge for us because of the budget issues as business is in starting phase ! so someone suggest me to use loup.ai as it solves number of problems Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
