**What do you like best about Sniper AI?**

The user interface is very user-friendly. It helps us to fetch cv/resume quickly and accurately. It helps us keep track of candidates, jobs, interviews, submitted and potential candidates. It has an internal database that keeps your cv safe and in one place. The best thing is that it suggests candidates after writing the job description in it. I also like mentioning that it gives a percentage score of how much the cv matches the job description. In other words, it is a complete recruiting package.

**What do you dislike about Sniper AI?**

Uploading a candidate's credentials is a natural stress if we can smoothen that, it will give an overall good experience. Other than that, there is nothing to be disliked; it just needs to increase its database.

**What problems is Sniper AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem that sniper AI is solving is like keeping your cv in one place and helping to recruit candidates more effectively and efficiently. It reduces manual work and supports most of the things automated. For example, when we upload a cv, it takes detail from the cv itself like the Name, email and location of candidates. So I can say that AI works great in terms of retrieving information from a cv.

The access is all in one, it gives the recruiter a no-waste-time of time plus it is indeed user friendly. It comes with CV review, screening, shortlisting, endorsement up to the process of job offer and onboarding. One of the most significant advantages is the extensive role exploration it offers. Recruiters can access a diverse array of job listings spanning various industries, job titles, and locations.

The only thing I dislike is the searching candidates, as you need to to go every job to find that candidate and much better if there is search engine that can search a candidate autmatically without going to that specific job to less time consuming.

Sniper AI helps me to source canddiates without going to various sourcing channel but the only thing i encounter is that, majority of the recommendations ar not fit.

SniperAI is easy to use. I can raate the candidates easily becausse they have a button for you to see the CV without downloading it. Im used of using it  everyday to update my recruitment status.

I have 2. First I hope the notes that providing by the recruiters to the CV comments will reflect to the other recruiters. Because some of the candidates are always saying that they did calll by other recruiters. 2nd please improve on identifying the right phone numbers and emails.

i really dislike the drop down when moving candidates. If I remove the curser, it actually resets or disappears. It's kind of unnatural or not really friendly to move candidates.

SniperAI provides a new, simplified job application process. With SniperAI, an applicant is given access to a new way of applying to a job; a new mindset in job selection process  and a 360 degree change from traditional, manual, biodata analysis to a completely AI-vetted  applicant profiling system. 

The responsiveness, patience and collaborative relationship with the Customer Service managers are commendable. The people behind SniperAI are remarkable with their professionalism, and technology know-how.

The current version meets the minimum technology for an AI-driven HR and Recruitment company. Of course, just like an organization which is predisposed to every day changes, SniperAI as a system will have to be adaptive to the demands of the users which would include process improvements. Undestandably, additional features which come from users need to be analyzed for practicality or usability.  What do I dislike about SniperAI, I think it so minimal that it can be ignored.

What I like the most when using SniperAI when I created a new job posting, there's the Recommendations section where I can check candidates who are mostly to be qualified for the role.

Based on my experience in using SniperAI what I notice is that I'm not sure if candidates were replying/responding on my inMAil. Also, I think that the User Interface is not that user-friendly.

I think the problem that SniperAI has solved on my sourcing is putting candidates in only one folder, and also there are classifications of what type of candidate. For example, if this candidate is a recommended candidate or an uploaded candidate. It helps me on organizing and identify candidates.

**What do you like best about Sniper AI?**

Recruiting is heading in this direction. It's interesting to see how this AI tool simplifies recruitment in a click to achieve better results. My role as a Training Manager is to train new hires on how to use this tool and I love sharing the capabilities with them, particularly those who have previously used other ATS software. I show the benefits and how they can leverage this AI tool to get maximum results.

Artificial intelligence is advancing and no wonder, one day everything will be in sync and perfect. Coming on to the dislikeness of this AI tool, I don't find any while giving training, above all, I only see the exposure of using this tool. I have seen recruiters in my company getting closures because of this AI recruitment tool.

Humans are naturally inclined to find the negatives before the positives and our minds ask and answer so many questions before proceeding with anything. I understand that you are having a tough time choosing a tool, but once you go through reviews, try it out and I'm sure you will be amazed by what this tool can do.

1. Using to train the new hires in my company
2. Showing them the benefits of this tool and how it is saving a lot of time in recruitment.
3. It simplifies the search results and now after the new extension feature of direct CV download from RPS, this tool is doing a tremendous job.

Coming to the realization part, I see great personal growth of a recruiter if this tool is used properly and strategically.

Being in the recruitment industry for the last 1 year, I have realized the importance of ATS which is quite helpful in sourcing and maintaining databases of the candidates. Specially, when you need them, you don't need to go here and there, just check and the ATS but I accept the complexities though. but recently I encountered with one of the AI tech sourcing recruitment in my new company ixceed Solutions where I recently joined and trust me, i haven't seen something like this. Indeed, AI has grown so much in these years and the right example is Sniper AI where I can easily source the candidates without investing much time. Where scanning of the CVs are done by the AI tool to make our work easier.

Well judging too early will not be right for me. As I'm new to this tool and still understanding and analyzing this AI product/ So dislikeness as of now, all good and great.

There are limitations to managing job requisitions and candidates. Fetching CVs/profiles from other job portals, except for LinkedIn, is not yet functional but looking forward to using this feature soon.

Earlier sourcing the talent was difficult & unmanaged. There are multiple sourcing tools though, but sometimes we just forget to have a look at our created database because and try to find new ones as we have TAT and deadline, also keeping cvs separate in the folder was a mess, so now updating the cvs and finding it at right time is something which is making my work easier. Just put the relevant strings and you get the best smart results.

Well I'm not finding any dislikeness as of now for this tool. Everything is smooth. Even I have learnt alot from this tool. Earlier in my organization there was ATS, but AI  makes this tool differ from those  recruitment tools I have used.

Most of the things is very good only 1 points which i dislike sometimes that if you put some comma, hyphen etc . it will not take the job into portal but you would not be able to upload a resume in to it, so be very specific when you put in the job description.

Its AI-based sorting technique is unique, it automatically filters CV as per our requirement or job description, location and displays the most relevant CV with exact location with radius to us with matching percentage (%). Also, for recruiters like us, we can create as many as different jobs for any location around the world, and we can keep them Live as per our selected durations. We can upload candidates' CV data in it without any doubt, it stores them. It is having a vast data of CVs by which it made easy for us to find out candidate with the required skills & location.
After finding relevant candidates, we can create their pipeline after submitting them till their successful closure or rejection. It's very easy to see where the candidate status is in, like their round 1, round 2, hr discussion, closure, or rejection, whole process of the candidate can be tracked in single platform.
