**What do you like best about Snappy POS?**

At our Cong Caphe downtown Toronto location, we use Snappy POS's rewards and loyalty system, which is extremely helpful in maintaining repeat customers and helps our coffee shop stand out. I appreciate their options and interface, in addition to their great customer service. The initial setup was smooth, with their team training us really well and installing everything right away. Whenever we have an issue, they help right away.

**What do you dislike about Snappy POS?**

We are having a slight issue with free birthday drinks but contacted their customer service support and they will fix it

**What problems is Snappy POS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Snappy POS for rewards and loyalty, which is super helpful for customer retention and making our coffee shop stand out. It increases orders, boosts staff efficiency, and helps maintain our market presence.

**What do you like best about Snappy POS?**

I like that Snappy POS is perfect for online pickups, especially for catering orders where people can order online and pick up with no fees. I also appreciate their customer service and the dashboard, which are very useful and helpful during rush hours. Their system helps us save costs, increase sales, and make our restaurant business more popular. The initial setup was very easy and smooth since their team set up everything for us, and they're super responsive whenever we have questions.

**What do you dislike about Snappy POS?**

We would appreciate better reporting features with more details and options.

Snappy POS is perfect for online pickups, saving costs, increasing sales, and making our restaurant more popular. Their dashboard helps during rush hours, and the setup was smooth.

**What do you like best about Snappy POS?**

I like how Snappy POS looks and the option to add pictures for every modifier, which helps in upselling. It's really easy to manage multiple orders at a time, as some customers can place their orders on the kiosk while others use the POS. The initial setup was also easy, which was a big plus.

**What do you dislike about Snappy POS?**

We need a different kiosk and it cannot be integrated with Square kiosk.

**What problems is Snappy POS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Snappy POS makes it easier for my team to manage multiple orders at a time, allowing half to order on the kiosk and half on our POS. The look and image options help in upselling.

I really like Snappy POS for its very clear user interface which is easy to understand. It helps us maintain our flow and keeps our customers' wait time manageable. The different category buttons make it really handy for various purposes. Also, setting it up was easy, and we run it directly on our iPad.

I use Snappy POS at Twisted Burger for various features like Snappy POS, Snappy Loyalty, and online ordering. It is very efficient and helps us maintain lower costs and more repeat customers through their loyalty program. What I like most is that it’s really easy to use, and the customer service is really good and efficient. The initial setup was also easy.

Efficient Ordering: You know how sometimes you're starving, and waiting for your food feels like an eternity? Well, with Snappy, ordering is a breeze. Just tap a few buttons on your phone, and voilà! Your burger is on its way.

Personalization: Snappy remembers my quirks. No, not my dance moves-my food preferences! It knows I'm all about extra pickles and no onions. So, when I order, it suggests stuff I'll actually enjoy. It's like having a foodie friend who gets me.

Feedback Loop: Ever had a soggy fry or lukewarm coffee? Snappy lets me share my thoughts right then and there. If my fries are floppy, I tap a sad face. The restaurant sees it, fixes the fry situation, and boom-better fries next time! It's like magic.

Loyalty Programs: Snappy's my secret to freebies. Every time I chow down, it gives me virtual high-fives (okay, loyalty points). Collect enough, and-ta-da!-free dessert or a discount. It's like earning tasty rewards for being a regular.which makes me use it again and again.

Contactless Payments: No more digging for cash or cards. Snappy lets me pay with my phone. Just scan, beep, and done! Plus, it's pandemic-friendly-less touching, more eating.

Over all experience is very good but Some time network issue makes process lengthy.
