With snaatch and its integrated AI features, we were finally able to bring order to our data. Just a few minutes after onboarding, all files were automatically tagged and assigned appropriate keywords. Searches now work at lightning speed, and we can find exactly what we need. A great tool—intuitive, efficient, and absolutely fair in price! **What do you dislike about snaatch?** Currently, there is really nothing we could criticize. snaatch runs smoothly, is well thought out, and does exactly what we were looking for. **What problems is snaatch solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our media archive used to be stored locally on various computers and the NAS—it was confusing and difficult to search. In particular, the ability to create individual public links for various documents that remain permanently valid proved extremely practical in daily use. This allowed us to update content at any time without having to send out new links—a major advantage for collaborating with the press, volunteers, and internal teams. Additionally, the ability to edit metadata directly within the tool significantly streamlined our workflows and saved us a great deal of time. **What do you dislike about snaatch?** The full implementation of the app, along with optimisation for mobile devices, will further enhance the tool’s user-friendliness. **What problems is snaatch solving and how is that benefiting you?** The Rhine-Ruhr 2025 FISU Games rank among the world’s largest multi-sport events. For our media services team, it was therefore essential to have a powerful and user-friendly tool for managing image and document data—both from the perspective of users and content providers. In preparation, we set up several portals to meet the diverse needs of around 40 departments. Through these platforms, we were able to share information and visual material specifically with various groups such as technical officials, volunteers, delegations, internal staff, media representatives, and stakeholders. During the 14-day event, our team of 23 photographers was able to produce, upload, and share approximately 35,000 high-quality images in real time with the social media team, press, and other relevant parties. The database was utilised for both internal (intranet) and external (extranet) purposes, significantly contributing to a smooth and efficient exchange of content. ### 3. The photo presentations of our premises, which we can create and send to customers with just a few clicks, are great! The price-performance ratio is fair! Direct contact with IT helps both in the setup process and in the daily work with the system. Optimization suggestions and special requests are taken into account and can sometimes be implemented as a paid custom order and sometimes as a fundamental improvement of the system. **What do you dislike about snaatch?** Sometimes we have to wait a little longer for feedback on a question. However, this mostly concerns inquiries about features, not urgent issues. **What problems is snaatch solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have been looking for a tool that allows us to store and manage our marketing assets in one central location. This works very well with snaatch. Furthermore, we can now share assets very well with clients and service providers, create presentations, and manage metadata easily and effectively.
