We really enjoyed having the ability to monitor what the kids were doing on their laptops from the teachers computer. Furthermore we liked that the teacher was able to remote into the students computers if they are on an inappropriate website. The price per computer is relatively affordable. We also liked that it wiped the computer of all potential viruses and downloads that the student may have accidentally placed on the school laptops. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While we liked that it wiped all potential viruses and threats from the computer, it also erased all saved passwords and files which made it hard for our specific needs because we give each child a specific computer instead of it being shared and so the students couldn't save projects on their computers and had to relog into their student emails every time they wanted to use their computers. It also makes it hard for anyone to access the smart remote account because our teacher used her personal information for it and the school had no way to reset the login information. Also the program doesn't recognize Microsoft updates as a safe program and so it will wipe clean all Microsoft updates to the computers which leaves the laptops outdated. Lastly, it's a pain to try and get it off the computers and I would have to uninstall it multiple times before it finally came off the laptops. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
