Although the UPC scanner isn't something we use much, that part of the software could use improvement to extend the amount of UPCs to scan and fix some of glitches. One of the downsides is the lack of social media presence. SmartScout has a presence on all major social platforms but for example on YouTube they've only posted 2 videos in the last 8 months.
