**What do you like best about SmartPublisher?**

Automated workflow publishing is really helpful.

**What do you dislike about SmartPublisher?**

its sometimes very slow and delays the main task.

**What problems is SmartPublisher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

its mobile and I can use it from my tablet while I am travelling.

**What do you like best about SmartPublisher?**

We utilize Smart Publisher to keep track of all our sales by our reps and also track placement for our digital and print ads. It’s a huge database for us that holds years upon years of information 

**What do you dislike about SmartPublisher?**

The software itself is very outdated and searching for a particular client sale is not always a streamlined process. It does hold a ton of information in regards to each sale, but in order to find it you have to know exactly what you’re searching for. When we run reports for upcoming digital e-newsletters due, the system exports into an excel sheet with a lot of unnecessary other data. 

**Recommendations to others considering SmartPublisher:**

Look for a different more simplified software, it’s very outdated and we don’t recommend 

**What problems is SmartPublisher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to keep track of how long we’ve worked with all of our clients, what types of ads their purchasing and how often, however overall it’s not the most user friendly system in terms of data retrieval and has crashed on us before.

keyword tagging, account sort features, and search by previous purchases

**What do you dislike about SmartPublisher?**

The search functions don't always return accurate information and the dashboard does not report on requested quarters. It's a little clunky. 

**Recommendations to others considering SmartPublisher:**

Keep looking for something else. It's not an amazing database. 

**What problems is SmartPublisher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Publishing of newspaper and digital advertising. Benefits are small -- perhaps the largest benefit is comparing sales figures across the sales team.
