The highly automated experience, particularly the distribution of translation jobs, and that you're able to decline when your plans change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Smartling? Within the editor, it's sometimes a little difficult to jump between segments when using a mouse. Sometimes you end up at the beginning of a segment, sometimes at the end of it. Tag placement within the editor is a bit clunky at times, the new version too. It would be nice to be able to cut out and paste individual tags without the second tag of the pair disappearing. Also, a dark mode would be very beneficial, for the editor at least. It makes accepting jobs very easy, usually only requiring "manual" email communication in the case of deadline adjustments.
