Great item simple to work keeping precise record of work progress and leave days. Regardless of a sluggish beginning in getting to know SmartHR, I have found the experience exceptionally smooth. The fact that SmartHR is cloud based makes using it worthwhile. Access to the application from anywhere and at anytime earns it, it's reputation. The application is quite expensive when compared to others in the market. Then it's alert or notification system can be updated, it could be made to be faster.
