The most helpful part for my team and I, are the report builders. I can use them to easily mail merge and see all of the information I need in one place. I really enjoy SmarterSelect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only least helpful thing is when we send the applications off to the evaluators. For some reason, there is ALWAYS an issue for them. Between logging in and actually getting to what they need, it is difficult for the committee. However, I am not on their end so I don't know how helpful this is. The application form builder offers all of the options we could ever need (e.g. calculations, dependencies, etc.). The applicant page also provides multiple filters and organization tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We're unable to brand our application forms, and there are certain areas where it is not intuitive. For example, it takes time to figure out how to integrate a calculation into the application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
