**What do you like best about Smartbi?**

It has a very Intuitive user Interface. The best thing about this tool has it has various data connectivity options like the connection with various databases Mysql, PostgreSQL, and Google spreadsheet. At the visualization level, it gives a number of charts and view options with slicing, drill down, and advanced formula options for giving better insight.

**What do you dislike about Smartbi?**

It has some complex features which needed some level of technical expertise. Sometimes making a dashboard becomes very difficult due to the limited availability of statistical formulation and visualization. Its integration with third-party API is also much more difficult.

**What problems is Smartbi solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It combines data from different sources, transforms and stores on a single platform, and helps in visualizing and producing insight out of those stored data which helps management for taking action in a good direction.

Sophisticated yet it doesnt require an extensive coding skills. Good support from the Smart Bi team.

**What do you dislike about Smartbi?**

Still on a higher price as compared to other free BI dashboards.

Accurate data publishing gives business the required analytics for good decision making
