The opportunity to ask questions and get answers further enhances our workflow and efficiency. Setting up the platform was straightforward, and I found it user-friendly, especially with the guidance from our customer. My experience with GEP SMART has been quite positive, to the extent that I rely solely on it and do not require additional software. Furthermore, if the success ratio of gaining new business via proposals validates our efforts, it’s a strong motivator for continued use and potential repurchases. Moreso I liked that its applications were fully optimized for both android and iOS devices which made it very simple for me to continue my work from one device to the other because I was getting the same mobile experience. Another feature that made GEP Smart very helpful in my work was its Artificial Intelligence capabilities that automated my workflow and reduced so much workload in terms of spend analysis, management of invoices, processing of orders among other processes. I liked that through GEP Smart's AI my spending data can be extracted and automatically aggregated which made it very simple to generate a report that will be used across my entire enterprise. More so another benefit that I got through its AI was that it was able to improve accuracy through continuous learning of my patterns. I liked that the user interface of GEP Smart is very simplified but also carries an impressive design of visual appeal which played a critical role in making sure a role-based user ecosystem can be easily practised because the features are very intuitive. **What do you dislike about GEP Quantum Intelligence?** My main problem with GEP Smart was in its modules as the product slowed down more often and at times failed to give reports from different procurement modules which caused major inconveniences in my workflow. **Recommendations to others considering GEP Quantum Intelligence:** I would recommend training first before using the product because of so many AI features that it has to be able to utilise them all. **What problems is GEP Quantum Intelligence solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem before GEP Smart in my organisation was on sourcing since we had to resort to manually establishing a connection with the suppliers which used to take up a lot of time and also due to the unavailability of the mobile version for convenience we would miss a lot of notices and feedback that would require an instant response.
