"Super easy implementation & on time delivery, good support team and innovative approach"

What do you like best?

Easy to use, good user interface and helps complex sourcing activities at ease in turn to win the competitive bids

The tool is flexible/Customizable enough so that it can be built to tailor to your project requirements

Best customer service out of other suppliers which makes our task easy]

Tool is highly functional & effective in all means

Took procurement function to the next level

I can say it's a stand-alone contract solution for end-users and SLA's are met

What do you dislike?

Integration was a serious challenge initially, slowly it got sorted out

Adoption was bit slow but improving particularly in the sourcing and contract modules

Recommendations to others considering the product:

Highly recommended, cost is also under control

Looking for a one stop solution for e-Sourcing, contract management and spend management.

With GEP on board we are very happy with output and results that are beyond our expectations

"Decent Application- Had some flaws"

What do you like best?

We used GEP for the supplier registration aspect of our business. I liked how you could send a link and suppliers were able to register themselves. The process for the suppliers was also very simple and straight forward. I also liked how we were able to track things about our suppliers that we were unable to before such as if they were preferred or not.

What do you dislike?

I didn't love how our suppliers were organized within our system. It was sometimes tricky to search. Also, the application allowed for our suppliers to provide so much information, but we did not need that all for our business.

Recommendations to others considering the product:

GEP is a great tool, it definitely assist with the ease of tracking and adding suppliers. I would recommend tailoring the tool to your type of business so you do not have fields/parts of the application that you do not need.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are solving the issue of tracking and registering suppliers. Before GEP we did all the additions manually which was very overwhelming. Allowing them to add themselves was a huge help.

"Great alternative to Ariba"

What do you like best?

It's easy to use, the company is very flexible to our needs, modifications and they are very strong in the Spend Analytic space

What do you dislike?

We would have preferred a company with more US-based resources. However, we are having no issues with their folks Globally, as they use a follow the sun approach to support

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have limited view/granularity into our spend...GEP is helping us with improving the quality and information from our data to make better business decisions.
