The tracking of all information for every request for proposal is invaluable, as it enables us to easily manage details and streamline communication. The opportunity to ask questions and get answers further enhances our workflow and efficiency. Setting up the platform was straightforward, and I found it user-friendly, especially with the guidance from our customer. My experience with GEP SMART has been quite positive, to the extent that I rely solely on it and do not require additional software. Furthermore, if the success ratio of gaining new business via proposals validates our efforts, it’s a strong motivator for continued use and potential repurchases. I also believe it is a good platform for learning, as it seems to evolve with usage, allowing for better integration and understanding over time.
