**What do you like best about SmallWorld?**

I'm most impressed with its ability to have verified strength. Typically when I connect with someone new, they have over 4000 contacts.   I have no way of knowing which ones are strong and which ones are weak.  SmallWorld was built to find the needle in the haystack and so I'm only trying to generate referrals from thos in my network that can actually get it done!

**What do you dislike about SmallWorld?**

I'd say its having my connections rank the strength of their relationships.  Once they start, it is easy, but sometimes they are intimated because they haven't seen this on any other platform.

**What problems is SmallWorld solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is helping me cut down on the time it takes to generate a meeting. I'm able to get more meetings from those interested in helping me grow my business because this was purpose built to make identifying and engaging with those individuals easier through technology. It is becoming the most efficient way to fill the funnel and convert from not knowing about Fairway to being included in future RFPs and real opportunities.

**What do you like best about SmallWorld?**

SW does an amazing job of streamlining the hidden (and REAL) relationships between the "connectors" in our company and the great ecosystem.  The quality and depth of the referrals have prven far superior than other toold and social networks we have tried, particularly in the midmarket space and in mid funnel oppts.   Haven't encountered another tool quite like it.

**What do you dislike about SmallWorld?**

Like all salestech, its only as good as your users and their commitment to the tool.  The UI/UX is good, which makes it easier.

**What problems is SmallWorld solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Getting meaningful connections in CORP/MM deals

**What do you like best about SmallWorld?**

I got access to SmallWorld through the Enterprise Sellers Community. As an Enterprise AE myself, I'm always try to make meaningful connections and get access to executive stakeholders within just a few key strategic accounts which can make all the difference. This app takes the pain out of combing through Linkedin to find mutual connections and helps you also offer support to others who need introductions. I love that there's prompts to include context for the sender, making it a light lift for them to provide the intro. I look forward to continuing to use the tool

**What do you dislike about SmallWorld?**

I've noticed that with my current integration there are a lot of US based companies/contacts and I sell into EMEA, so the data seems less rich here. This may change over time or could depend on my current connections

**What problems is SmallWorld solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Laborious to find mutual connections and solicit referrals. Helps make it easy for the person doing the introducing to have on demand succinct messaging to share

**What do you like best about SmallWorld?**

I like that the purpose of SmallWorld is to facilitate introductions/accelerate deal conversions through relationships. Having this as the sole focus means that anyone signed up and using the platform is open and willing to broker introductions if it makes sense. Also, the 'Reequest Relationship' strength is a critical feature that allows me to quickly weed out unuseful connections.

**What do you dislike about SmallWorld?**

The product is nascent and unsurprisingly there are some minor UX issues; it can be a little hard to navigate at times but I think in time as the product grows these problems will be ironed out.

**What problems is SmallWorld solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SmallWorld helps me in my role in particular by facilitating introductions to key prospect accounts and helping accelerate deal conversions through the power of relationships within my network.

**What do you like best about SmallWorld?**

I think this solves a problem in a relatively user-friendly way. I was just discussing this type of outreach with a coworker and how we could more easily get our connections to connect us with their connections, and along comes SmallWorld.

I haven't been using the platform too long but am already seeing the value out of it.

**What do you dislike about SmallWorld?**

So far, I don't dislike anything. It's a new product, so I am sure over time new features will come out and it will become even easier and more intuitive to use, but to date nothing to complain about.

**What problems is SmallWorld solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We all have connections in this world, and those connections have their own connections. This is a great way to network remotely with everyone.

**What do you like best about SmallWorld?**

I am quickly able to search for companies within my territory, and find warm connections via colleagues, execs and investors.

Because you can specify exactly what you seek to accomplish via an intro request, the response rate with SmallWorld is incredibly high, and responses happen several days faster.

**What do you dislike about SmallWorld?**

I don't think this is a 'bad thing,' but you will find that you will quickly build such a long list of warm introductions that you will soon have an entirely new, long pipeline to chase and close.

**What problems is SmallWorld solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In any organization, relationships with your best sales prospects exist, but there is no way to learn about those relationships unless you use SmallWorld. This is a process that most companies address using Google Sheets (that most ignore), while SmallWorld is integrated with Salesforce.com, putting this work in your core workflow.

SmallWorld makes it fast and easy to open doors and secure meetings through warm introductions/referrals,

**What do you dislike about SmallWorld?**

I would love if SmallWorld could automatically sync with LinkedIn rather than require me to manually upload my contacts.

**What problems is SmallWorld solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My marketing budget was cut this year, and our sales team was reduced in size. As a result, we're leaning heavily into relationships to drive pipeline and reduce CAC. SmallWorld makes it so much easier to do this at scale, and is saving our team a lot of time and frustration by enabling us to focus our efforts where there are already strong relationships.

**What do you like best about SmallWorld?**

Smallworld allows teams to quickly and efficiently scale connections and introductions. This is typically the longest step to see who can make a warm introduction and they have removed all the barriers.

**What do you dislike about SmallWorld?**

I can't say there is anything I dislike about the tool.

**What problems is SmallWorld solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are taking what used to be multiple systems and tools and a lot of guessing or waiting and are removing all obstacles. The UI is easy to navigate, and they are constantly listening to customer feedback!

SmallWorld is a platform designed with professionally leveraging networks in mind.   They have thoughtfully considered the perspective of each party involved in an introduction.

No downsides from my experience to date.

Effectively and efficiently leveraging network, while at the same time expanding that network.

**What do you like best about SmallWorld?**

It allows me to seamlessly ask for introductions to people with willing connectors. Far too much time was spent in the past asking how well the person I was asking knew the person I was looking to connect with. I love that I can get a relationship strength in the touch of a button.

**What do you dislike about SmallWorld?**

With any new platform there are bugs that need to be worked through but my main hiccup early was just having our company add enough connectors to make all the intros I was looking for. Once we had more connectors in the platform, things have been much smoother.

**What problems is SmallWorld solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's allowing me to spend more time on tasks and selling and less on searching and prospecting. It's getting me more at-bats with decision-makers and helping our company increase revenue based on connections.

**What do you like best about SmallWorld?**

When I am looking to get into a specific company, Smallworld helps me find the easiest entry into that organization.  I've had nice success in identifying high-quality relationships that can refer me over.

**What do you dislike about SmallWorld?**

I find some of the user interfaces are confusing, but I have already seen a number of improvements on this front.

Finding the best way into an organization we know has our ideal client profile.

**What do you like best about SmallWorld?**

Smallworld surfaced a previously unidentified intro to a target account in the first few days of using the platform. The workflow that allowed my co-worker to easily "score" his relationship with his connection at the target account cut down on what likely would have been a bunch of back and forth. As we added more people to the platform and more connections were identified, this mechanism to determine the strength of the relationship was incredibly helpful in cutting through the noise.

**What do you dislike about SmallWorld?**

In an ideal world, connectors could use a sign-in mechanism to sync their LinkedIn connections automatically. The instructions to download contacts from LI, and then upload them to SmallWorld are easy to follow, but simplifying this step would be helpful.

**What problems is SmallWorld solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Breaking through the noise when prospecting is only getting harder. Referrals have a significantly higher conversion-to-meeting rate. SmallWorld gives us a way to systematize what is otherwise a highly manual and disjointed process.

**What do you like best about SmallWorld?**

I like that the platform leverages personal connections to create meaningful opportunities. I was able to reach out to old contacts of mine and connect our sellers to kick start conversations.

**What do you dislike about SmallWorld?**

The process of importing your connections from LinkedIn is a little bit cumbersome. I don't think there is much of a way around it at this point, but if it were one or two clicks vs download/upload the barrier to getting connections added would be greatly reduced. That said, if leadership is fully behind the tool, it can be a whole team push.

**What problems is SmallWorld solving and how is that benefiting you?**

the platform is reducing friction of connection and meeting requests by leveraging personal relationships. This helps speed up that first part of the deal cycle that sometimes takes the longest - establishing a relationship.

SmallWorld allows me to interact with my colleagues around my network and seamlessly connect sales with people that can help us win new deals.

**What do you dislike about SmallWorld?**

Not a dislike, but I look forward to SmallWorld having even more integration with our sales tools.

Before SmallWorld, I was bothered continuously by sales teams asking if I knew specific people. Now, I can rate my connections and avoid the noise.
