**What do you like best about Small Library Organizer Pro?**

Compared to systems like Polaris, I am do prefer the format of library member manager. It definitely makes it easier to spot certain patrons from a crowd before you search their name or library card number. What I really enjoy about PrimaSoft is the myriad of ways you can import information. The real plus is how the system will automatically fill information on a certain item just by entering the ISBN or UPC code.

**What do you dislike about Small Library Organizer Pro?**

When testing the software, I did some trouble finding the correct searches for a certain number of patrons' transactions.  That could be human error, though.

**What problems is Small Library Organizer Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One problem some coworkers have is not remembering certain patrons, even though they come in on a regular basis. This shows poor customer service/care, in my opinion.  The Small Library Organizer has the ability to attach images  to member files, which makes face association easier. I think that was a great idea that could help many employees out.
