We use Smaato network in order to monetize our applications. Their support is very helpful and always ready to solve any issues.
They have pretty friendly ads, and they support all ad types we need.

**What do you dislike about Brand+ Marketplace (formerly Smaato)?**

They are not so strong in Tier2 countries, it would be great if they have demand for WW.

We want to run Bidding solutions and monetize Tier2 countries better.

The best feature of smaato is it's consolidated monetization platform. It is very easy to bring data from third party provider and manage in Smaato.

The User interface of smaato is made with idea of providing all the features at one place but sometimes it feels to cluttered and difficult to understand navigation.

Smaato is solving the age old problem of digital advertising with custom made platform for individual businesses. It also provides features to deliver data according to choice and needs of each individual customer which is one of the crucial requirement of any business.

**What do you like best about Brand+ Marketplace (formerly Smaato)?**

So far the thing I like the most is that it connects publishers and high skilled marketers which helps deliver the best results. So what does it mean? You can buy HIGH-QUALITY mobile inventory with the help of 3rd party service. Their audiences are pretty good and are converting extremely well.

At the same time... Customer service they are very fast to respond to any issues. I had an issue understanding their core value prop and the support rep helped me with understanding their functionality.

**What do you dislike about Brand+ Marketplace (formerly Smaato)?**

There is nothing I dislike at the moment other than their website is pretty hard to comprehend. At first, I couldn't understand what are they doing and I need to read a few reviews and ask other people in Growth. By hard to comprehend I mean that even pricing seemed off for me and I couldn't understand what I would be paying for. 

The only thing that is lagging right now is the data dashboard as I feel they could do improvements with some additional metrics and visualization. It also sometimes gets very expensive but at the same time, it's converting very well which in our case was worth it.CAC to LTV ratio was still in 2:1 ratio.

I was trying to buy mobile inventory and I needed help with the audience. The main benefit is simplicity and ease in reaching a HIGH-quality audience. We already have an established product in the marketing space but our mobile product was kind of new so building demand gen for the Mini product was very important outside of our PR/SM actions.

For our app, we use Smaato as a demand partner. They're linked to Yield Groups through Google's Exchange Bidding partners. We've also enlisted the help of a third-party mediator. For our programmatic efforts, Smaato is an excellent partner. We've been working with them for the past two years

**What do you dislike about Brand+ Marketplace (formerly Smaato)?**

In competitive marketplaces, inventory can be expensive.
The dashboard for reporting is minimal and in need of improvement.
They aren't very open about their margins over media costs.

**What problems is Brand+ Marketplace (formerly Smaato) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For our app, we use Smaato as a demand partner. They're linked to Yield Groups through Google's Exchange Bidding partners. We've also enlisted the help of a third-party mediator. We needed more partners when we originally launched the app to increase competition for our goods. This has been made possible thanks to Smaato. We've noticed an increase in revenue, CPMs, and fill rate since incorporating Smaato.

Smaato’s solution offers maximum competition and great transparancy, which helps us SSPs increase revenue.
Global account support with offices in APAC, Europe and Asia makes things easier
Intergration is fast and requires no legal effort.

Some technical issues take longer time to be solved from time to time.

We want to improve our fillrate with some of our apps. In terms of benefits, we have scaled up revenue in the past 2 months and we would like it to go steady.

Its accuracy and its precise data. Smaato is very exhaustive regarding data and allows you to understand fully your performances.

Smaato's dashboard can be a little bit unclear and difficult to use, especially for new users. 

It can be difficult to navigate through the data, to create and manager apps, ads and placements, and to set up eCPM targets.

Smaato is a very powerful network in terms of banner advertising, especially for banners. We use it widely among our inventory and it has helped up improve our monetisation performance.
