What do you like best about Brand+ Marketplace (formerly Smaato)?

So far the thing I like the most is that it connects publishers and high skilled marketers which helps deliver the best results. So what does it mean? You can buy HIGH-QUALITY mobile inventory with the help of 3rd party service. Their audiences are pretty good and are converting extremely well.

At the same time... Customer service they are very fast to respond to any issues. I had an issue understanding their core value prop and the support rep helped me with understanding their functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brand+ Marketplace (formerly Smaato)?

There is nothing I dislike at the moment other than their website is pretty hard to comprehend. At first, I couldn't understand what are they doing and I need to read a few reviews and ask other people in Growth. By hard to comprehend I mean that even pricing seemed off for me and I couldn't understand what I would be paying for.

The only thing that is lagging right now is the data dashboard as I feel they could do improvements with some additional metrics and visualization. It also sometimes gets very expensive but at the same time, it's converting very well which in our case was worth it.CAC to LTV ratio was still in 2:1 ratio. For our app, we use Smaato as a demand partner. They're linked to Yield Groups through Google's Exchange Bidding partners. We've also enlisted the help of a third-party mediator. In competitive marketplaces, inventory can be expensive.

The dashboard for reporting is minimal and in need of improvement.
