## Slides With Friends Reviews
 ### 1. Clean, Intuitive Interactive Presentations That Run Smoothly Live

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shubham S. | Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Slides With Friends?**

What I like best about Slides With Friends is the clean and intuitive interface. Creating interactive presentations feels very straightforward, and adding polls, quizzes, or audience questions doesn’t require much setup. The platform has also performed smoothly during live sessions, with responses appearing quickly and without noticeable lag. Another thing I appreciate is that the onboarding experience is simple, so it’s easy to understand the main features and start building interactive slides right away.

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

One thing I dislike about Slides With Friends is that the integration options are somewhat limited, so it doesn’t always connect as smoothly with other tools we use for presentations and collaboration.

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Slides With Friends is solving the problem of low engagement during presentations and meetings. Instead of people passively watching slides, it gives them simple ways to participate through polls, quizzes, and live responses. That has helped make sessions feel more interactive, keeps attention from dropping off, and gives immediate feedback from the audience without needing a separate tool.

 ### 2. Effortless Interactive Presentations with Live Polls, Quizzes, and Q&A

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matheus A. | Marketing Manager, Food Production, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Slides With Friends?**

What I like most about Slides With Friends is how intuitive the platform is for both presenters and participants. The interface is clean, easy to navigate, and creating an interactive presentation requires very little training. I was able to build sessions with live polls, quizzes, word clouds, and open-ended questions in a short amount of time, which made meetings much more engaging.

Performance has also been very reliable. Participants can join instantly through a QR code or link without downloading software, and responses appear almost immediately during the presentation, keeping the session dynamic.

Another advantage is that the platform integrates well into existing workflows by allowing presentations to be shared easily and used alongside common collaboration tools. For organizations looking to increase engagement without introducing unnecessary complexity, the learning curve is minimal and the overall experience feels polished.

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

While the platform is very user-friendly, I think there is room for improvement in advanced customization. Organizations with strict branding requirements may want more control over layouts, themes, and visual elements.

I would also like to see additional native integrations with business platforms and learning management systems to reduce manual work when managing recurring training sessions.

Reporting could be more comprehensive as well. Although live feedback works very well, deeper post-session analytics would provide more value for measuring engagement and learning outcomes.

Finally, AI-powered capabilities such as automatically generating questions, summarizing audience responses, or suggesting interactive activities based on presentation content would make the platform even stronger.

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Slides With Friends helped solve one of the biggest challenges in presentations: maintaining audience attention throughout the session. Instead of relying on one-way communication, the platform encourages continuous participation through live interactions that make meetings, workshops, and training sessions much more engaging.

From a business perspective, this has improved collaboration and provided immediate feedback without requiring additional polling tools or follow-up surveys. Because participants contribute throughout the presentation, facilitators can adjust discussions in real time based on audience responses.

The platform has also reduced preparation time compared to using multiple separate tools, creating a better return on investment by simplifying both presentation delivery and audience engagement within a single solution.

 ### 3. Slides With Friends Makes Presentations Truly Interactive and Effortless to Join

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Arkajit D. | Chief Technology Officer, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Slides With Friends?**

One of the unique aspects of Slides With Friends is that it allows the user to take presentations beyond what they normally do by giving them an opportunity to interact with each other in real-time. For instance, the presenter gets an option of asking participants to vote or engage in live polling or quizzing and also participate in word cloud creation and play simple games.

Secondly, the user interface and access are great with it. Presentations created using Slides With Friends can be accessed easily via a link or QR code without needing any software installation whatsoever. This means that it can be used in virtual settings and classes easily since everything will be done seamlessly.

In general, what makes it so great is that it allows users to create interactive meetings or presentations.

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

One of the biggest flaws of Slides With Friends is the level of customization and the amount of features available. Many users report the lack of formatting choices, themes, and content as one of the most limiting aspects of the software since they want to be able to design something truly customized and branded.

What's more, the success of Slides With Friends relies greatly on audience participation – the more engaged an audience, the better results are. In addition, such aspects as dealing with multimedia and audio content as well as limitations due to a freemium business model are definitely not advantageous.

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The solution offered by Slides With Friends is mostly the lack of engagement that happens during various meetings, presentations, and virtual conferences. Conventional presentations are usually passive because people easily lose their concentration and interest. In contrast, Slides With Friends uses quizzes, surveys, and various interactive tools to turn presentations into an interactive session.

The advantage of such solution is active engagement in the process of presentation, as opposed to passive listening. People become more active participants of the presentation and collaborate, which results in better retention of material. Moreover, the presenter immediately sees the reaction of his/her audience.

 ### 4. Making team meetings much more engaging

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ana P. | Real estate agent, Real Estate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Slides With Friends?**

We've been using Slides With Friends for internal meetings, workshops, and team-building sessions, and it has made a noticeable difference in participation. Instead of people just watching a presentation, everyone gets involved through polls, quizzes, and interactive questions. The interface is very easy to learn, and creating a new session only takes a few minutes. I also like that participants can join instantly with a QR code or link without installing anything.

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

I'd like to see even more customization options for branding and slide layouts. A few additional templates for specific business scenarios would also be helpful, but these are relatively minor improvements considering how well the platform works overall.

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of passive meetings where only a few people participate. Since introducing it, our workshops and internal presentations have become much more interactive, making it easier to collect feedback, keep everyone's attention, and encourage discussion. It has been especially useful for remote and hybrid meetings where engagement is usually harder to maintain.

 ### 5. Engaging, Interactive Presentations with Powerful Polls and Analytics

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Konjengbam M. | BDR, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Slides With Friends?**

I love this platform for its user friendly and interactive interface. This platform allows sharing of power point in a very interesting way allowing more focus with a little bit of entertainment. This platform is really useful when interacting with clients and retaining focus. The best part of this platform is that the host can design the way of interaction. I also love the feature of this platform to create a poll. The analytics provided by this platform is really useful and helps in re-aligning strategy. The easy templates also allows user or host to take off the event faster. The easy sharing of this platform is also worth mentioning.

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

I love most part of this platform but I feel that the platform can be allowed more customization. I also wish that the media link was more stable. Allowing a more easy signup process would make this platform more participants friendly.

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform reduces boring presentation while garnering more attention with its games and quizzes. It makes the session lively and more interactive in nature.

 ### 6. Interactive presentations that people actually enjoy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria S. | Sales coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Slides With Friends?**

The platform makes presentations much more engaging than traditional slide decks. We use it for team meetings, onboarding sessions, and occasional client workshops, and the live polls, quizzes, and Q&A features keep everyone involved. Setting up a presentation is quick, and participants can join without any complicated setup.

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

I would appreciate a few more customization options for branding and presentation themes. While the existing templates look good, having greater flexibility would make it even easier to match our company's style.

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has helped us turn passive presentations into interactive conversations. We receive instant feedback during meetings, people participate more often, and it's much easier to understand whether everyone is following the discussion. This has made our workshops and training sessions more productive and enjoyable.

 ### 7. Presentations That Actually Keep People Engaged

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** António F. | Real estate agent, Real Estate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Slides With Friends?**

What stood out to me straight away was how interactive the presentations are. Instead of people just sitting and watching slides, everyone can participate through polls, quizzes, word clouds, and live questions. It completely changes the atmosphere of meetings and workshops, making them feel much more collaborative.

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

I'd like to see even more presentation templates and design options. The current selection works well, but having additional layouts would make it easier to adapt presentations for different audiences.

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted a better way to engage participants during training sessions and team meetings. Slides With Friends has increased participation dramatically, and people are much more willing to interact instead of staying silent throughout the presentation.

 ### 8. A Fun Way to Run Interactive Meetings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carlos B. | Real estate TI, Real Estate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Slides With Friends?**

I really like how easy it is to build interactive presentations without needing technical knowledge. The interface is clean, and adding audience interaction takes only a few clicks. It works especially well for remote teams where keeping everyone's attention can be difficult.

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

Some customization options for branding and themes could be expanded. It would also be nice to have a few more advanced analytics after each presentation.

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Slides With Friends, our online meetings often felt passive. Now participants actively contribute, answer questions, and stay engaged until the end of the session.

 ### 9. Much More Than a Traditional Presentation Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adriana M. | Real estate agent, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Slides With Friends?**

Slides With Friends feels more like a collaboration platform than a simple presentation tool. Features like live voting, quizzes, and audience questions make presentations much more memorable and enjoyable.

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

I occasionally wish there were more formatting options for certain slide elements, particularly when creating longer presentations.

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for internal meetings, training, and brainstorming sessions. The increased interaction has improved communication and helped us gather ideas much more effectively.

 ### 10. Effortless and Fun Team Reviews with Slides With Friends

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shauna H. | Partnership Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 21, 2025

**What do you like best about Slides With Friends?**

It was incredibly intuitive AND easy to create a great review of company reminders (that are typically boring, lol). With no prior knowledge of Slides With Friends, I was able to quickly create a review that my team LOVED and that other departments wanted to use for THEIR reviews. The Slides with Friends team is quick to be responsive (even if it's just a quick question or to give them a virtual high five).

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

I can't think of a single thing I dislike.

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When you have to review processes (ex: steps to onboard new partners), that's boring. Nobody wants to watch a presentation deck of "here's how you do this... don't forget about this thing over here...". Our team has a pretty great competitive culture and this allowed us to laugh (and have friendly "trash talk" banter) while reviewing some critical reminders about something that could have been lame. The ease of use with no prior knowledge allows me to save time when building something in the platform.

But because I work with teachers every day, Slides with Friends has given me another tool for THEM to add to their toolbox if they need something new to shake things up from what students are used to (that sound button - man, is that a diabolical but delightful thing in a middle school classroom!). I love hearing from teachers who will text me out of the blue to show me the fun chaos Slides with Friends creates in their classrooms. Kids get tired of the same Kahoot, Gimkit, etc. sessions and Slides with Friends brings something new to the table that doesn't take away from teacher planning time by trying to learn how to use it.

 ### 11. Customizable Templates Are a Game Changer!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noelle W. | Company Culture Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Slides With Friends?**

I love the templates on Slides With Friends, it's very easy to customize them with our backgrounds, images, and trivia, amongst other things. We have used this program with groups as large as 30 people or small as 5 and it's always a great experience.

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

The music, it takes a bit of effort to put the music on to each slide and then it's not heard when presenting unless the guests play the music on their end. I would rather it be played so everyone can hear it from the presenter.

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's giving us a chance to take a break and not think about work for a brief moment. We have fun learning about each other and we are a pretty competitive group so it's always fun to have that aspect. We love seeing the tallies at the end of the slides to give out prizes. The Word Clouds are so great because it brings a feel-good feeling when you see what the responses are.

 ### 12. Versatile Templates and Themes

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** norlene B. | Finance Business Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Slides With Friends?**

So far we had a fantastic experience with Slides With Friends! I have been enjoying it since January 2025 and that subscribing was a good decision.

Pre-populated Templates: The availability of pre-populated templates is a significant benefit, allowing you to easily customize and adjust them to fit your specific needs. This likely saves you a lot of time and effort in creating presentations from scratc
Variety of Themes:The wide variety of themes adds to the app's versatility, giving you many options to make your slides visually appealing and engaging.
User-Friendly Design:Both from an administrative and user perspective, the app is intuitive and easy to use. This ease of implementation and access has contributed to a smooth experience for everyone involved.
Positive Feedback and Engagement: The positive feedback you've received after implementing Slides With Friends! is a strong indicator of its success. It's wonderful that it has elevated your monthly social gatherings, leading to increased participation and engagement.

Overall, Slides With Friends! seems to have been a valuable addition, enhancing your social events and streamlining your presentation creation process.

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

Up to now, my main issue is that I wish there were more themes available to choose from, especially ones that highlight a wider range of cultural celebrations.

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At our company, we strongly believe in collaboration and engagement. By incorporating slides into our monthly social activities, we are able to further support our ongoing efforts to foster strong teamwork and keep everyone involved. This approach creates opportunities for people to step away from their desks, take a break, and build meaningful connections with those around them.

 ### 13. Engaging Templates and Fun Activities for a Remote Team

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sorella A. | Senior Marketing Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Slides With Friends?**

I loved the variety of templates to help create an engaging virtual activity or presentation. I used Slides With Friends to create a team-building virtual event, and included trivia, superlatives, photo sharing, and more types of activities. My team is fully remote, and loved it! I don't host virtual events super often, but I'll definitely come back to this tool in the future and recommend it to other teams. It was easy to get started and I liked how much functionality you get out of the free tool.

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

Make sure to explore the settings. The customizations are a plus - but for one activity, I accidentally limited the # of participants whose photos were shown.

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed a one-time tool for a fun virtual event with my team, and this one more than fit the bill. It was a great time!

 ### 14. Easy, Friendly Interface That Feels Practical and Creative

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karim S. | Finance Specialist, Consulting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Slides With Friends?**

How easy and friendly is the interface and very practical and creative

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

Customization is somewhat limited compared to tools like PowerPoint and Google Slides, and the experience depends heavily on audience participation, which doesn’t always work well.

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Slides With Friends solves the problem of low engagement in meetings and presentations by turning them into interactive experiences with polls, quizzes, and real-time participation, which helps me keep my audience involved and makes sessions more effective and memorable.

 ### 15. Fantastic Icebreaker Tool!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** P I. | Program Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 23, 2025

**What do you like best about Slides With Friends?**

We use Slide with Friends for work, primarily for icebreaker activities. It helps us break the ice with our team and allows us to get to know each other on a personal level. We especially love the photo submission feature, as it gives us an insight into what each person is excited about or something they just want to share. My team enjoys how interactive it is

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

The cost is an issue; I'm working in nonprofit. We are currently using the free service, which works for now. However, as our group grows larger, we will look into increasing the usage of the Slide with Friends platform, as I've recently learned there are some great deals available for nonprofit organizations.

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Slides with Friends is boosting our organization's morale and excitement for the work. It provides a valuable outlet for connecting individuals with one another.

 ### 16. Absolutely Love This Software!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 24, 2025

**What do you like best about Slides With Friends?**

Slides with Friends provides a large number of options and is easy to use. Our team was working remotely for 8 weeks (due to renovations) and I was looking for a way to keep the team engaged. Slides with Friend made it easy to to that with short team building slide decks - which everyone on the team loved. We used the slides weekly and I intend to continue using them a few times a year. The slides were well received.

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

Our business is located in canada, and the contents of some of the slide decks were heavily american based. It would be great to have a few options with Canadian contents. I also found that the number of shorter slide decks is limited (there are many options for longer periods, like 30 plus minutes). I would love to see more shorter options.

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team was working remotely for 8 weeks (due to renovations) and I was looking for a way to keep the team engaged. Slides with Friend made it easy to do that with short team building slide decks - which everyone on the team loved. We used the slides weekly and I intend to continue using them a few times a year. The slides were well received and engaged the team to have conversation.

 ### 17. Engaging and Fun Platform That Boosts Team Creativity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sıla B. | Sr. People Operations Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Slides With Friends?**

I love how interactive and fun it is, especially for remote teams. It really encourages engagement and creativity, and I’ve received some fantastic feedback from my team thanks to it.

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

Honestly, there’s very little I dislike. If I had to mention a couple of things, I’d say the emoji variety and sound effect options could be expanded. For example, when I want to add a music-based question, it’s a bit tricky to manage — having to download and upload the audio directly could be easier. Other than that, everything is fantastic! 🌟

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Slides With Friends is a great energy booster before all-hands meetings ⚡. It wakes up the team, sparks engagement, and makes participation more dynamic.

 ### 18. Fun and Easy Team Games, Occasional Start-Up Glitches

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

Have had trouble with being able to start the game properly a few times- not sure why, it resolved eventually.

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We do a weekly Friday Fun game at our company for team-building, and I use Slides with Friends whenever we do games like "Guess which team member's fridge/pet/baby picture" this is.

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Gambling & Casinos | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Slides With Friends?**

My company is using SlidesWith for quite a while now, and I’m really impressed! The user-friendly interface makes it super easy to create and share slideshows with my colleagues. The variety of templates and design options really helps to make each presentation unique and visually appealing. They have ice breaker templates, brainstorming, trivia, etc!

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

I’ve noticed that since we’re using the free version, our options for creating custom templates are pretty limited, which is understandable. Other than that, I can’t really complain!

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before our team huddles, we want to incorporate a mini team-building activity, and the templates from SlidesWith really help us achieve that!

 ### 29. Bringing Trivia To Our Office

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bert S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 10, 2024

**What do you like best about Slides With Friends?**

I love how easy it is to set up trivia and that fact that I can choose so many types of slides os features to make it unique, tailored and fun.

I also love the many backgrounds and just how nice the platform looks overall. Very user-friendly and makes putting trivia on for any size group a breeze due to how easy it implements. I went from paper, slides and manual point tallys to being able to run through with a click of a button and enjoy the game and the people as I host, rather than focused on all the steps to take.

I use this at least once a month with a hope to increase our in office trivia offerings!

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

Nothing actually, its been so helpful and made my process more streamlined and beautiful with ease.

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it solves the many steps it takes to do a trivia for many sized groups. Once you create the trivia you have so many optiins from timers, points systems, tie breakers. All of this has stremlined and taken the step by step stress away from how I use to do trivia for our office.

 ### 30. A great addition to your go-to game platforms!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mira R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Slides With Friends?**

I use Slides With Friends in my class for quizzing students on spelling words. It is really easy to use - when starting from a template, prep time can be as short as 15 minutes. My students enjoy the polls and the sound reactions they can use when giving answers. It is engaging. The platform is straighforward, simple and very easy to acquaint oneself with. For teachers like myself who don't have a lot of time in their hands, this platform is definitely a plus!

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

The only inconvenience for me when using this is inserting images. I wish there's a way to put images in the slides without having to save online images to my laptop, like copy-pasting or perhaps a link to images within the platform.

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It takes away the use of paper-and-pencil tests when conducting spelling checks, and my students always look forward to using it every week.

 ### 31. Perfect addition to our Virtual Events!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer T. | Account Experience Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Slides With Friends?**

Slides with Friends has been great for hosting our virtual events. Their preset templates come in a variety of topics that I've loved choosing from and I've also been able to create my own games and slides from scratch using their templates and builders. The platform is easy to use, fun, has increased our meeting engagement.

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

Haven't run into any issues using the platform yet!

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a virtual event platform that would allow us to host anywhere from 20-50 people at a time, that was affordable and had good user interface for games. In the past we've found other products that were similar but they were either really expensive for larger group numbers or would be glitchy and stop working as well the more users that were on the call. This one has been pretty seamless!

 ### 32. Slides With Friends Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jay B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Slides With Friends?**

Me and our team have been using Slides With Friends for a little under a year and it has been great for building company culture! We mainly use it for bi-weekly team happy hours, and we love the ease of use and ability to take an already crafted template and personalize it to our needs.

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

I havent run into anything that I really dislike about the tool. I think it would be great to have some additional "Game Show" type templates (Jeopardy, Who Wants to be a Millionaire, etc.) that I've seen in some other platforms.

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WHen ideas were running stale for team building events and Happy Hours, this tool really helped us inject more life into our events.

 ### 33. Great Product

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Slides With Friends?**

I loved that everyone had the ability to participate. It's a nice contrast to other virtual gamification that I've used in the past and I like that I could tailor the questions/answers to what I was teachings.

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

I wish that there was a trial period for a larger group. With the nature of the economy here in the US a lot of corporate companies are tightening budgets when it comes to learning and development. I paid for a month to allow more than 20 ppl to play with my own money. It would've been nice to show how great of a product Slides with Friends can be without having to shell out $100 to do it.

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Virtual engagement. I'm fairly new to my company and this is something that they haven't done in the past so it's nice to present something different that keeps the audience engaged and they enjoy the training a lot more.

 ### 34. Slides With Friends Helps Create Engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sharon A. | Advisor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Slides With Friends?**

Slides With Friends offers intuitive templates for creating polls, surveys, wordclouds, contests and other forms of group engagement. I regularly use the features to engage with my university undergraduate class of 40 students to gather survey responses and encourage discussion.

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

I wish there were more color choices for fonts, slide backgrounds, etc.

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Slides With Friends enables me to reach all 40 students in my class, to engage with them, encourage their participation, and receive their feedback, all in realtime. I extensively use the wordcloud feature to challenge students to use their critical thinking skills and to create solutions to problems.

 ### 35. Elevating Collaborative Presentations

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elaine B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Slides With Friends?**

What I like best about Slides With Friends is the ability to customise presentation in a collaborative manner. I am able to update each slides easily and give different styles. It is easy to use where I can leverage existing templates to start my own. The ability to animate and add sounds on team member profiles adds an extra layer of interactivity making the presentation more fun.

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

One notable issue I found was the occasional lagging. It is a bit slow and disrupts the presentation flow. Another limitation is only 10 members are allowed when placing presentations on live mode.

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I leverage Slides with Friends on our Agile/Sprint Ceremonies. It proves to be a more fun and collaborative tool in getting members to vote on prioritisation of projects/Sprint

 ### 36. A great engagement tool

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

Depending on the wifi, it can be unstable but that's not a you problem

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ice-breaker - get to know each other, easy way to build relationships
I've used it as a consultation tool = great way to quickly gather information from folks and with the upvote function on the word cloud, see what is really resonating with people
I've used it as a consensus tool in decision making

 ### 37. Slides With Friends is a WIN!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Slides With Friends?**

I greatly appreciate the interactive elements designed for the audience, as they significantly enhance engagement levels. From the music feature for poll questions to the seamless integration of graphics and the summary of sessions sent to participants, this application stands out as an exceptional tool for facilitating interactive and captivating workshops.

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

Dislike is a bit strong! There are features that would greatly enhance user experience, such as more comprehensive text formatting capabilities. Additionally, the ability to hyperlink websites directly from within the application would be beneficial.

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engaging the audience is frequently a struggle. Having the poll questions and other interactive options has brought the focus of participants to the top.

 ### 38. Slides With Friends

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allows us to poll staff on their knowledge of our processes and engage them in training

**What do you like best about Slides With Friends?**

It's pretty easy for me to take an existing game and change up the questions and use it.

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

I could use some more tutorials to help me with more complicated functions.

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The team loves the games

 ### 40. Love it, very fun and easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Slides With Friends?**

It's interactive and keeps our staff meetings lively.

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

Would love to be able to host an offline event for when internet is spotty.

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having an engaging platform for presentations - it keeps staff involved and the random pictures staff can upload have brought lots of laughs.

 ### 41. Teaching With Friends

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cory K. | ALT , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 04, 2023

**What do you like best about Slides With Friends?**

I like the ability for students to share pictures and vote for one another's responses immediately. I also appreciate the dual-screen development during slide creation, so you can see how your slides will show up on participant phones and the projector. They also come with really stylish, professional-looking background images and overlays.

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

There are very few options inside their innovative slide formats! If I create a multiple-choice question, there is no option for students to add their own answers. Likewise, in polls, they cannot add their own answers! As an ESL teacher, this is a huge handicap as it holds back the creative reach of any activities you make via Slides With Friends. There doesn't seem to be an easy way to insert things like pictures into the slides, and you're generally forced into the pre-formatted slides it comes with. There is no option to hyperlink the slides to provide a variable course for different classes either, despite Choose-Your-Own-Adventure slide decks showing up prominently on the Popular Decks page. This technology is new and shows much promise, but it's still far from its full potential.

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I came upon Slides With Friends while searching for a digitized card deck to send my students speaking prompts and challenges for English Conversation class. So far, Slides With Friends has not quite fit that bill, but we are excited to see how students react to voting for one another's ideas in real time.

 ### 42. Quick and Easy Way to Collaborate

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julie D. | Regional Trainer/Workforce Development Bureau, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Slides With Friends?**

Slide with Friends has dozens of pre-made templates that can be used as-is or easily adapted for your specific needs. I tried Slides with Friends while attending a training. It was a fun take on "let's get to know each other", and we did 1 or 2 activities each of the 3 days. I was tasked with creating an event for a virtual goodbye party for a co-worker. I was able to easily and quickly modify the background (tacos--of course) and edit the text to fit her. I even added a few slides with trivia questions.

The free version offered many options--it wasn't just a sample.
And there are two options for premium (up to 50 people and up to 250 people)
There is also the option of either plan for just 30 days (not recurring payment)

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

I did not find anything that I did not like.

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For the past two years, we have been doing virtual training and presentations. Slides with Friends provides a unique and fun way to do introductions, ice breakers, and other "get to know you" activities. It also provides a different way to quiz or demonstrate content. While shutdowns have mostly ended, the era of virtual meetings will live on. Slides with Friends will make those seemingly endless meetings stand out.

 ### 43. Fun and great idea!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aynex M. | Senior User Experience Designer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2022

**What do you like best about Slides With Friends?**

The templates are very creative and give you good ideas on how to set up your slides. The layout is similar to preparing slides in Powerpoint so most people will get a hang of it pretty quickly.

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

When I actually played with friends over the Internet there were a lot of hiccups and glitches. I honestly can't say if it was caused by a bad Internet connection or a problem with the program but it wasn't a smooth experience.

**Recommendations to others considering Slides With Friends:**

It is fun to set up your slides. Make sure to do a trial run with a friend to make sure everything is working correctly. It can be a little buggy.

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a great way to stay connected with friends that live far away and coworkers that are remote. It is fun and an original and different way to spend time online with people you want to get closer to.

 ### 44. SO FUN, Easy and Engaging | Our team calls are 100x better now...

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gesche H. | Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 22, 2022

**What do you like best about Slides With Friends?**

There are a ton of templates to choose from that are already optimized for a fantastic experience. The software itself has incredible native functionality such as the ability to share pictures from your phone, create word clouds, play fun competitive games. It feels so different, and you nearly forget that you're gathering virtually vs in-person, although this works great for in-person gatherings as well. I also like that this can be used for very large groups. We always get the best feedback from participants. This makes us look good but also has worked wonders for team building. It shows team members that we care, have a fun culture but also very tangibly is by far the best and easiest tool I have found for forming a meaningful connection.

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

This is a double-edged sword: Sometimes the formatting can be funky, ie you can't add line breaks exactly where you want or exactly adjust the font BUT I have also found this really liberating as well bc I create my slides so much quicker than I otherwise would. Slides With Friends keeps me focused on the areas that matter the most which is the functionality on joy of connections. I 100x prefer a tool like Slides With Friends that invests in the connection-related functionality vs. the perfect fonts (and btw the fonts and customization they do offer are really neat - just not as customizable as it would be if you for example created slides in Canva - again two very different use cases and I dare to say any slides you create with Slides With Friends will leave a 100x bigger impact esp if audience engagement is the key).

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More interactive events that are easy to create and that have my audience or team members excited about engaging with me and each other. We've gotten THE BEST feedback from our team members since introducing Slides With Friends and team member overall satisfaction and collaboration have increased as well!

 ### 45. Seriously amazing!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adrian G. | Assistant Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2022

**What do you like best about Slides With Friends?**

I love that it's easy to use and has many excellent options to utilize. Completely customizable or you can use premade templates. Whether it's a game or business-related ice breaker, Slides With Friends is an absolute go-to for me with my team of 35. It's interactive and keeps everyone engaged in a culture that is now remote.

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

I honestly don't have constructive feedback at this time. New options are constantly added, and the team who runs the page accepts and implements input very well.

**Recommendations to others considering Slides With Friends:**

Don't be afraid to click on everything and customize until your heart is content! It's so easy to navigate and there are plenty of prompts to get exactly what you need.

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem I was running into was keeping my team connected and engaged in a fully remote environment. I've used games and ice breakers before, but there was no real interaction on the team's part as far as diving in and responding tangibly. The main benefit is that my team is much more engaged. The content stays fresh, and because everything is customizable, I can create what I know my team will enjoy and engage with most.

 ### 46. Great tool for increasing engagement and connection in virtual team meetings

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anita L. | Speech-Language Pathologist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2022

**What do you like best about Slides With Friends?**

The deck templates make it quick and easy to create and customize an activity for breaking the ice in new teams, re-connecting with familiar colleagues, etc. It's helpful that each template is clearly labeled with its number of slides, approximate time it will take to play through, and suggested number of people. The large number of available templates also means that there's always something new and fun, with very little setup time needed.

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

I haven't noticed any downsides to using SWF. It's been a god-send during this season of our lives when virtual meetings are a must, and the value of human connection is at an all-time high.

**Recommendations to others considering Slides With Friends:**

Pick a virtual meeting, any meeting - formal, casual, even a friends or family hangout - and try it out!

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SWF solves the problem of easing into a team meeting in a way that feels fresh and engaging, with minimal prep time needed.

 ### 47. Great concept to solve a common problem

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christina J. | Preschool Music Teacher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Slides With Friends?**

Slides With Friends was the only platform I could find that would allow me to create and share simple games and quizzes to use online. I wanted to be able to have the games live and be able to chat about them while playing. The interface was easy to use and they had some beautiful pre-made layouts and quizzes already there.

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

I was one of the first to use the platform and there were a few bugs to work out. When I reached out to the creators, they responded almost instantly and fixed the problems right away. I have been very impressed by their responses.

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My problem was how to bring people together when everyone lives in different parts of the country. I wanted to have the experience of playing together, but giving the participants the ease of having remote access. Everyone loved the games and the other interactions that the platform fostered, for example, sharing pictures and emojis.

 ### 48. Wonderful virtual team building!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura H. | S, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2022

**What do you like best about Slides With Friends?**

The community of starting templates is incredibly helpful when putting together an event so I don't have to start from scratch. I usually pick one and then tweak the content to be specific for my need. My virtual tech teams have really loved this tool (photo party is their favorite)

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

So far I haven't found anything to not like about the tool but I guess the next add on that would be great to see would be a way to have a company account that could have multiple users rather than one login.

**Recommendations to others considering Slides With Friends:**

Pick engaging base content like trivia and puzzles and then sprinkle in the prompt questions and photo hunt features to get lots of engagement from your group

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Team building with virtual team members on my software development team. It's so important to build trust and relationships for a healthy Agile Sprint Team and it's been hard to do with everyone remote. This has been a really great tool to get them together to play games and share photos/facts about themselves.

 ### 49. Easy to use and great pre-made decks for inspiration!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hannah L. | Marketing Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Slides With Friends?**

SlidesWith is a platform I consistently recommend to my peers - the basic package is free, it's easy to use, and they are always able to provide what I need for my work meetings! I can't even tell you how many times I have had people reach out to me after meetings to ask what platform I used to run our icebreakers. 10/10 would recommend.

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

Nothing, honestly! I love that the program is free to use and the example decks are such a great starting place - no complaints here.

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Coming up with icebreaker activities for meetings is an important task, but one I prefer to spend less time on. Using SlidesWith, I can copy a pre-existing deck with little to no edits and have an easy, ready-to-go, and work-appropriate activity to help bond our team in minutes.

 ### 50. Easy to use, consistent, and fun!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rhianna R. | Community and Culture Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 16, 2022

**What do you like best about Slides With Friends?**

I use Slides with Friends for a team of 45 - we usually have about ~15 participants in the games. Being able to play live with participants amps up our games that otherwise would be lackluster.

I enjoy:

- Cecilia, the Cofounder, is such a gem and has excellent communication skills
- It is straightforward. I find it intuitive and quick to assemble very personalized team activities
- Participants can play on mobile and desktop
- The word cloud option has been a lot of fun
- Love the ability to add gifs

- It is valuable ($) for the impact it has on team building

**What do you dislike about Slides With Friends?**

- Needs more personalization: I am a big Canva user and wish I could modify the decks as much as I'd like. Specifically: I want the ability to move text and images around, add multiple images, have more font and theme options, etc.
- There is a lag when typing when creating the deck. I type faster than the software can keep up and often have to go back to ensure that a slide isn't missing a few characters

This is not a dislike, but a request: I'd love the ability to create games that employees can play Async.

**What problems is Slides With Friends solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because our team is remote, I wanted to find a quick, easy, and affordable way to create activities we can play in tandem. Slides with Friends has offered that, and spiced up our holiday party, weekly games, and smaller team events.
