It makes it easy to organize, divvy, review and rate applications. Commenting is good and the overall basic organization of filing all forms is relatively simple and easy to use. **What do you dislike about SlideRoom?** The form portion of the application is extremely limited. The form tools are very basic, does not have the ability to shorten or arrange the width of the questions per page and is just not dynamic overall. It would be great if there were conditions and triggers allowed and better layout options. **What problems is SlideRoom solving and how is that benefiting you?** When reviewing hundreds of applications with different committees its important to be able to organize and divvy up the apps. Seeing the different levels of ratings, for example, first tier, second tier, etc is also very important. Slideroom does this well. ### 2. You don't have to go around searching for something that you need **What do you dislike about SlideRoom?** It does seem a little basic. It gets the job done but I'd prefer something with a little more gumption **What problems is SlideRoom solving and how is that benefiting you?** SlideRoom gives us a platform to fully apply ourselves and connect with others in a way that other platforms can't give us. ### 3. It is also easy to add users. **What problems is SlideRoom solving and how is that benefiting you?** Job/program applications mostly - very easy to use ### 4. Our reviewers have every element they need to make a decision in SlideRoom. **What do you dislike about SlideRoom?** No suggestions for improvement thus far. **Recommendations to others considering SlideRoom:** When considering SlideRoom, start building from scratch. Try not to retrofit outdated reviewing processes into a new system. Re-articulate your goals and build a process from scratch that fits snugly into a sophisticated application reviewing tool. Make the system work for your needs, but don't lose track of what those end-goals are based on what you used to do. We tended to, at first, to complicate things.
