There is a customer email support line but it's impossible to find in app. Also, they charge a $75 fee to rollover money out of their platform. And they made me wait 20 days from my last paycheck to start the rollover. Too many hoops to jump through and the fee is ridiculous. **What problems is Slavic 401k solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a 401k platform and nothing more ### 2. They also have poor customer service, things take a long time to get resolved. **What problems is Slavic 401k solving and how is that benefiting you?** Slavic 401k provided a 401k plan for our employees. ### 3. I can' t believe they're stillin business. **What do you dislike about Slavic 401k?** The app is so buggy. Logging in is always unpredictable. They'll email you steps to download critical documents that don't work - errors, spinning wheels of death. I'm glad we fired them but disappointed in my company for having ever considered them in the first place. Embarassing. **What problems is Slavic 401k solving and how is that benefiting you?** They don't help me solve anything. Everything is a pain. ### 4. It's also nice to be able to navigate to Slavic's web app right from my Justworks benefits dashboard. **What do you dislike about Slavic 401k?** Customer service is AWFUL. On 3 separate occasions I waited more than 45 minutes on hold without speaking to a representative. I had to eventually hang up and try again. For a company that has been around this long, it's completely unacceptable. Any other company I've worked with has had much better customer service (including Fidelity, Guideline, and Empower). Sometimes their system will let you request a callback, but that doesn't always happen for some reason. I wasted more than 3 hours of my life just on hold with this company. Additionally, the UI is not super intuitive compared to other companies I have used (see above). **What problems is Slavic 401k solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Slavic 401k for managing my 401k/Roth IRA contributions.
