What do you like best about ADP Retirement Services?

I like that ADP Retirement Services is integrated with ADP payroll as it makes my life easier by eliminating the need for manual calculations and entries. It's really helpful having everything in one place. I also appreciate their customer service, which is always really good, and even offers chat communication so I don't have to call, which is awesome. The team is reliable, answering my questions quickly and effectively. Additionally, they ensure everything stays reliable and compliant, which reduces stress for me and adds value to my practice with benefits like easy 401k management. The customer follow-up is impressive too, like when I had questions and they made sure I got all the answers I needed swiftly, making the entire process smooth and efficient. What do you dislike about ADP Retirement Services?

I just wish logging in was easier. It feels very confusing because there are so many different logins. I wish there was not a separate plan sponsor login, individual login, and run login. Maybe they're working on solving that, but it's actually made it more confusing in the interim. I find ADP Retirement Services to be pretty user-friendly and affordable, as they seemed to be cheaper and didn't have hidden fees like our previous provider. I appreciate their responsiveness through email and the chat feature, which has been very helpful and quick in addressing my questions, such as guiding me through steps to change an employee address. Additionally, ADP's expertise is valuable, as the helpful staff over the phone guided me on using the website effectively, allowing me to seamlessly enter payroll contributions and update employee information. The process something such as switching bank accounts can take days. If I am not mistaken it's 2023 and to "fax" paperwork rather than uploading it somewhere, or even entering it myself should be an option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
