It covers recruitment, onboarding, performance, training, reviews, development, compensation & benefits as well as provides a social platform for managing employee engagement. **What problems is Enxoo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Easy organizing people and the interface was good than the other that got us hard time exploring all the settings and stuffs. ### 2. It is a cloud-based application so that everyone can access it at any time, from any location, and from any device. In Skilo, we can easily and quickly reflect our company's structure, the competency model, job profiles, and then configure, execute, monitor, and report on all key talent management and human resources processes. It allows us to have all HR data and processes in one place that is shared among employees, managers, and HR professionals. **What do you dislike about Enxoo?** You need to have greater control over all the information related to your employees in order to manage the platform. I think the developers could improve the graphical environment of the platform, especially some icons, and make it more attractive and intuitive for users. **Recommendations to others considering Enxoo:** I recommend it over other similar products for its power, ease of use, and above all, for its very affordable price. **What problems is Enxoo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Skilo allows employees and managers to plan, review, and develop the objectives and competencies needed to achieve business results. It streamlines performance and employee management processes to enable the growth of your staff and your company. They have done a great job on understanding our requirements and building a world-class competency review solution. By making a positive decision on Skilo, you are not only buying a great tool but having an access to very smart resources that can help you build any process that will involve performance reviews. **What do you dislike about Enxoo?** Coordinating across time zones for meetings, but the SKILO team worked off hours to accommodate.. It is worth the money invested. **What problems is Enxoo solving and how is that benefiting you?** The tool allows our field employees to plan and develop their competencies. It integrates with our Veeva/SFDC platform to leverage our field rosters and alignments. It works on our iPads also. Tracking sales competency reviews were difficult. It was all done in excel and team's usage of our previous tool was inconsistent. We have used Skilo to standardize sales competency reviews. Even though Skilo is a an HRM platform, Skilo team proved that they have a very flexible platform that can serve as a tool to do any kind of reviews. It makes our HR processes transparent, effective and simple. Skilo has a very user-friendly interface, so it’s easy to use for employees and managers, while the highly configurable reporting module is the essential feature for HR Department. The integration with Active Directory and SSO minimized our administrative work related to user management. ### 4. The owner of our company is really big on data and numbers and it's easy to tack our data with skilo! **What do you dislike about Enxoo?** Nothing bad comes to mind. I think that the look could use an update, but that has nothing to do with function. **Recommendations to others considering Enxoo:** Make the switch. **What problems is Enxoo solving and how is that benefiting you?** As I stated before, we're trying to get all the programs we use to work with each other so we can run reports easier. The talent acquisition manager likes to check up on how our ads are doing and see how many candidates are applying to the different variations. We write our own ads and it's helpful to get feedback via data. ### 5. The friendly user platform has allowed the app to be usable by any employee after a short training period, and it has been extremely reliable so far. **What do you dislike about Enxoo?** I don't have any negative points at this time about Skilo, it's been a pleasant experience overall. **What problems is Enxoo solving and how is that benefiting you?** HR processes become simple and streamlined, while remaining effective. Our manager to employee relations also improved thanks to the competency reviews. ### 6.
