Some of icons such as the one on saving a review (currently it is a floppy disk) or the inconsistency on how stars get displayed on a review (the display at the top is a star and a number up to 4 while a user is expected to give the rating out of 4 available stars) could be improved for better user experience. A great advantage is that Skilo is so intuitive and easy to use that employees and the staff managing the platform quickly start using it in a very easy and intuitive way and benefit from it. It is a cloud-based application so that everyone can access it at any time, from any location, and from any device. In Skilo, we can easily and quickly reflect our company's structure, the competency model, job profiles, and then configure, execute, monitor, and report on all key talent management and human resources processes. You need to have greater control over all the information related to your employees in order to manage the platform. I think the developers could improve the graphical environment of the platform, especially some icons, and make it more attractive and intuitive for users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
